PRIME LOCATION! Why Knot Getaway is an adorable studio in Downtown Beaufort on Front Street overlooking the water of Taylor's Creek-great location for a coastal getaway! This prime spot is perfect for relaxing, strolling the waterfront boardwalk, and enjoying local shopping and restaurants. It also includes free parking with its own dedicated parking spot in the rear parking lot. Enjoy birds eye views of Beaufort, Carrot Island and Taylor's Creek on the common area rooftop and midfloor decking.

This is a 286 sq ft rooftop studio condo in a historic building in the center of downtown Beaufort. This unit has been completely renovated and designed and includes a comfortable queen bed with a Kitchenette and beautiful mosaic tile work in the shower and floors. There is a rooftop deck overlooking the harbor where you can enjoy sunrises or sunsets with your coffee or cocktails.

It is the perfect location to walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, museums and day cruises - use our free parking and not worry about driving until you have to leave! You are only a ferry ride away to the beautiful beaches of Cape Lookout. Also, you can take a boat tour to Carrot Island to sit on the beach, Sand Dollar Island to get bucket fulls of sand dollars or see the wild horses at Shackleford Banks. Feel free to bring your own boat and store it at the Beaufort Docks or Boathouse Marina as well. Lots to do and the perfect getaway!

We were in town for a fishing tournament so did not spend much time in room, however it was very clean & convenient!! We did enjoy watching the wild horses across the water while enjoying AM coffee on rooftop deck!

Boating Weekend

This small unit was perfect for our two night stay in Beaufort. We spent the days on our boat and evenings enjoying the shared rooftop sitting area where you can see Taylor's Creek, Carrot Island, and the charming town. Why Knot unit D had all the amenities of home. Only disappointment was being charged a cleaning fee while asked to take sheets off bed, wash dishes, and take trash to dumpster.
