This a lovely house very conveniently located right across the street from a public beach access. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. The inclusive dog friendly policy is appreciated. Overall, the property is very well kept and clean, with a pretty well supplied kitchen. There was some evidence of moisture issues/mold on the ceiling, especialy in the larger bedroom that I would recommend they attend to.

quiet and short walk to beach. small but big enough for 4. gave a 4 star because a few things were not working. bathroom outlet not working to dry hair and no mirrors in any other room to do this. coffee pot was not working. the door lock gave us a few issues. overall it was a nice place.
