First floor, renovated and lovely, ML140 features a KING bed in the bedroom PLUS a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Enjoy restaurants, shops, pool, hot tub, and events in the Village just a few steps away.

Coin-laundry. Family-friendly building- arcade, skating rink, and 3-level adventure playground. Ski + bike lockers. Free bike shed and wash.

This condo is right in front of the Ballhooter lift and next to the Waffle Cabin. This is a true ski in ski out condo. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Having a pocket door to separate the sink and shower made it convenient to get ready with four people. Note that this is a very small condo, but serves its purpose if you’re there to ski. We were only eating and sleeping and spending most of our days on the slopes. It’s a convenient stop in for snacks or a quick bathroom break. It’s updated, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay!

Great Updated Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the unit is great for skiers. It's been really well updated with quality appliances and fixtures. The property is well equipped for cooking your own meals. The host was a good communicator leading up to and through the stay. We will try to stay here the next time we're in Snowshoe.

I loved the condo. It was near the lift and has an ski in/out access. So comfortable to just step out of the ski area, walk 2 min to your condo, chill for 40 min, and the just jump back to continue skiing.

We had the best time! The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The location was perfect with great views and was definitely ski in / ski out! Monica was one of the best hosts we've ever worked with. She was very responsive and super helpful! I highly recommend this property!

Great condo. We stay at Mountain Lodge regularly, and this location is perfect. Close to the lift and with great views of the lake. Condo is nicely updated, space very well utilized. It has lots of kitchen amenities, as well as extra fans, blankets, games. It was also very well cleaned. The host was very friendly and responsive. Will likely book them again for our next visit.

The condo was a perfect size for me, but would have been cramped for 4 people. Bunk beds in the sitting room was unaesthetic and being on the first floor was extremely loud. Loud enough that I couldn’t sleep in the master because it was near the door and hallway.

New Years ski getaway

We had a great stay. The place is exactly as described. Great view of the slopes and is directly in front of one of the lifts. I’m told soon the patio gate will open to actually ski in/out. We had a slight issue with housekeeping when we arrived, however, Monica jumped on it right away. She communicated immediately with the front desk and even refunded our cleaning fee. The bunk beds made the space a little awkward to watch TV, however, we have 2 college age kids who came with us and they were grateful for the bunk beds instead of having to share an uncomfortable pull out couch bed. We love the newly renovated decor of the place and the location is perfect. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Snowshoe.

Snowshoe ski trip

Our family had a nice time at the condo. It was well equipped with things we needed for the short stay. It was decorated very nice and true to photos. The heat needed some instructions. We turned it off at night because there were no real instructions and was really hot inside the condo at night. There were no instructions for heat other than to not turn above or below certain degrees. Condo is in a great area! We realized the day before we left that we were walking distance to food, shopping and coffee! Thanks again for great experience of Mountain Lodge!

Great for a small family who’s priority is skiing!

Updated, clean, and location location location! BUT, just know, these are tight spaces- which was just fine for our family of two kids under 10- but definitely could be borderline uncomfortable for a second couple or older children as the second sleeping arrangement is literally in the living room with no drawers/closets for things. It was totally an adventure for us though! The kids took the bunk beds, leaving the couch for us all to sit on, their bags remained packed and stored under the bunk beds every day, many kitchen items ended up in the fridge since there was very little counter space and no pantry, and we spent our days on the slopes anyways! Not a true “ski in ski out” but seriously, you walk like 50’ and you’re there, so still was amazing! Would definitely return- our hostess was great communication when i needed her- we had a great time, thanks!

Why they chose this property

Our kids (8 and 10) are great skiers (we just try to keep up). We are exploring the ski team as a winter sport for next year, so we decided to purchase a place to stay since we will need to come frequently for practices.

What makes this property unique

There are probably less than 20 units in all of Snowshoe with sliding glass doors right onto the slopes - you'll love the people-watching and access!
