With panoramic ocean views from two decks, you may just decide to dine al fresco every day! We make it easy with a beautiful teak dining table that seats 10 and a Weber propane grill. Literal steps away is the sandy beach, where visitors spend their days swimming, boogie-boarding, picnicking, and watching surfers and paddleboarders.

Take in the unobstructed ocean views from your spacious and comfortable living room. Soothing neutral colors and plush furnishings make it a joy to hang out here, watching the waves rolling in, talking and laughing, and making new lifelong memories. **Mini split AC installed March 2024.**

Spending the evening in? Use the provided Xfinity WiFi to stream a long-awaited movie or binge-watch your favorite show. We provide Smart TVs in the living room, playroom, and sunroom.

Above the garage is a second living & game room space that offers loads of fun for all the kids, big and small. It’s furnished with a super-comfy and huge sectional sofa, and an air hockey table. Have some fun and sharpen your skills, but play nice!

The sunroom offers abundant natural light from the skylights. Access to both decks, plenty of seating, a smart TV, and a bar make this is a great spot to hang out when you return home from your daily adventures.

If you love to cook, you’ll love this kitchen! It’s not just fully equipped but outfitted with some extra amenities you don’t often find, like double ovens and both a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso (bring your own Vertuo pods). Bon Appetit!

Four bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 12, so there’s plenty of space for your extended family.

The kids get their very own space on the ground level. This bedroom offers two twin over double bunks beds. **Mini split AC installed March 2024.** This floor has a bathroom with a tub/shower and unique rustic vanity.

On the first floor, the large king bedroom offers a breathtaking ocean view, as well as a wall of windows and a leather armchair to enjoy it. **New window AC unit installed in May 2023!** Other features include dual nightstands and lamps, large dresser and closet.

The second bedroom on the first floor offers a queen-size bed, with two recliner chairs, dual nightstands and lamps, a dresser, and a wall AC unit.

The first-floor bathroom features a large tiled walk-in shower with a window for natural light.

Up on the second floor with lots of privacy is a bedroom with a king-size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, and a split AC wall unit. But best of all is the private access to the ocean view deck from your own set of sliding glass doors. Late-night glass of wine while stargazing, perhaps? How romantic!

The second floor bath offers a beautifully tiled tub/shower and separate powder room.

Additional amenities provided for our guests include a washer/dryer and an outside shower.

Two decks offer your group a perfect opportunity to gather and entertain outdoors, overlooking those endless ocean views. Be sure to take advantage of the grill for a good old fashioned family barbecue, which you can savor at the alfresco dining table.
