Welcome to THE SASSY MERMAID PCB Located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort—a 24/7 gated community perfectly located in the heart of Panama City Beach! Enjoy a peaceful and convenient stay close to restaurants, shopping, golf, bowling, and, of course, the beach.

🌟 Resort Amenities:
11 Pools (5 heated) — including one just outside the back door to the right, one to the left by the Gym that is the Gulf Highlands Pool and another directly on the beach with a private snack bar. There are 8 other pools throughout the resort.

Private Beach Access — a short 6–7 minute walk through the gate and across a signal pedestrian crosswalk.

Recreational Fun:

18-hole mini-golf course (Putters and Balls provided)

Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Shuffleboard Courts (Equipment is provided with rental please be sure to return all items to the townhouse) and Cornhole boards (Bean Bags are provided by the cornhole boards in a basket hanging on the fence of the tennis courts be sure to place bean bags back in the hanging basket for others to enjoy)

Beach gear included: chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, and a beach cart.

Had a great experience. Owner was extremely responsive. Great location, walking distance to almost everything we enjoyed. Really loved being able to park at front door and having pool right outside back door.

The Sassy Mermaid

The Sassy Mermaid condo was the perfect place for our vacation. All the amenities of home & more. The beach is only a few steps away. The pools were very clean & the grounds are very well maintained. We highly recommend this location for your next vacation.

Great stay!

I was hesitant to book this with it being new to VRBO and no reviews. Between VRBO and the owner, I felt much better. Everything was as stated! Great communication the whole time with owner about places to visit and such. Would highly recommend if you don’t mind a short walk to the beach!!
