VACA-23-42 is a charming romantic villa that serves as your perfect getaway, featuring a private saltwater pool right on the waterfront. Spend your days relaxing on the dock, where you can spot manatees and other fascinating wildlife. This villa is ideally situated close to popular dining spots and thrilling attractions suitable for all ages. Enjoy a short boat ride to the Gulf or the open ocean, and conveniently dock your boat at nearby restaurants within Boot Key Harbor. You'll have 50 feet of dock space at your disposal, complete with mooring whips (please ensure you know how to use them).

For your enjoyment, bicycles and kayaks are provided, along with a 450 lb. commercial ice machine, a fish freezer, and an outdoor cooking area featuring a gas grill and fryer (please dispose of fryer oils properly—no oils down the drain). Entertain guests at the tiki hut surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds, illuminated by pool lighting for a romantic ambiance. Additional amenities include a laundry room, fishing poles, and a sunroom/game room overlooking the water. A safe is also available on the premises, and the cozy bedrooms open directly to the pool patio.

Picture yourself lounging on the pool deck with a margarita in hand, feeling the warm tropical breeze. Hop on your boat to explore countless lobstering and fishing spots or discover endless scuba diving sites right off your own private dock. For recommendations on dive shops, feel free to reach out. The property boasts a private yard with no rear neighbors, and there is a security camera monitoring the main entrance and street only.

To book your stay, please send a friendly message along with a brief introduction. A daily pool heating fee of $40 applies (November to April , weather permitting). If you reserve multiple weeks, a weekly cleaning fee will be charged and details will be provided. All trash must be disposed of in the provided cans at the curb, and by your final day, all garbage should be bagged and placed appropriately. Guests are responsible for bringing trash cans to the curb on garbage days. A refundable damage deposit is required at the time of booking, refunded within 14 days after departure. A daily pet fee applies, so please reach us for confirmation.
