I stayed here while on assignment for work. The place was very well kept and furnished with all the necessary amenities. The area is quite and well kept. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect COTA Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay in Austin for the Formula 1 race! Close to the track, yet the opposite way of traffic from COTA, super cute and clean and had everything we needed! Neighborhood is quiet and wonderful, and the hosts were super helpful when I had a package delivered. Will be staying here every year we come in for the race, assuming it’s available!

Gorgeous property in a wonderful, peaceful neighborhood. Matt and Lisa are excellent hosts who provide everything one would need and more. We certainly plan to stay here again when we visit Austin and highly recommend to friends and family. Easy drive to Austin attractions. Very close to McKinney Falls State Park. Five stars ++++++

Safe and cozy

This beautiful property was conveniently located near all of our Austin destination needs. The neighborhood was beautiful and my partner and I felt very safe. The place itself was beautifully decorated and came equipped with everything we needed and more. The host was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful stay for your next Austin Trip.

Perfect Place

The rental was perfect for my wife, puppy, and I to visit the Austin area. It is located near downtown but you did not feel like you were close to the downtown area at all. The property manager communicated everything that was needed for us to arrive without hassle and the rental is exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone and plan to stay here again if visiting the Austin area in the future.

Fantastic stay!

This property exceeded our expectations! Excellent location for getting to and from the F1 races at COTA each day. The place was SUPER clean and seemed larger than the pictures. The roll away bed was super helpful! We enjoyed the coffee maker and water bottles in the fridge - super helpful and thoughtful! The neighborhood was so family friendly and safe! We took walks daily and the park around the corner was lots of fun! We will absolutely stay here again when in the area! The host was super helpful and sent suggestions of nearby things to do while we were there. Thank you again!

Amazing VRBO close to the city and gracious hosts!

Matt and his wife were exceptional hosts! My wife and I stayed at the rental for a little over a month and had an amazing experience. The place was so comfortable and spacious for a studio! The kitchen is fully stocked, we didn’t need to bring anything of our own. There is plenty of closet/storage space and a very convenient parking spot below. Matt was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place! The neighborhood is quaint with lots of trails and close to downtown!

my sister and I really enjoyed staying here, we both said upon arrival "I wouldn't mind living here.". The neighbourhood was very nice and we felt safe the entire time, even going on short late night walks. Kitchen was clean, bathroom was clean. Bed was super comfy. No complaints here!

We love this area in Austin and we were fortunate enough to build this home in 2021. We had the option to build an apartment over the garage and we knew that was exactly what we wanted to do.
