Enjoy a mint julip or a hot cup of coffee on the back screened in porch with stunning Brazilian walnut floors, a smart home with full house audio, dual AC, and high end landscaping.

Master Bedroom (2nd Floor): King sized bed, ensuite private full bathroom, TV, Peloton, and Tonal.
Penthouse Bedroom: The third floor offers a full floor with a with queen sized bed and 2 single beds with it's own ensuite private full bathroom as well as TV.
There are 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor as well as another full bathroom on the second floor hallway. Currently one of the bedrooms is the perfect set up for a baby/toddler with a crib available. The other bedroom would be outfitted with a queen sized air mattress (sheets included) provided by the host. There is an additional full sized air mattress available as well (sheets included).
