Condo is beautiful and well appointed.Single bed mattresses are badly in need of replacement. A mattress topper does not suffice.Single Bed also creeks.Kitchen drawers drawer glides are tired.Location map inaccurate and deceiving as QP II.

The condo is located in a gated community and is simple to enter. It is comfortable and spacious with a living room and a sunroom/sitting room that faces East. Great place for morning coffee or to get away from the tv and cozy up with a book. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, just like your own home. The master bedroom with master bathroom and closet are large as it includes a sitting area, with desk, perfect for a work from home space. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom are nice to have if guests stay overnight. The two laminated instructions sheets are helpful and informative. Nice quiet neighborhood, great for walking a 3 mile loop around and only a fifteen/twenty minute walk to the beach. Love everything about it.

We had the best time staying at your beautiful condo! Everything was perfect! Every detail to the check in process to the amenities were top-notch!! It has beautiful views and we enjoyed having our coffee each morning while sitting on the sofa by the large glass window. It's super close to the beach, shopping and stores. We enjoyed our stay here - it’s in a good location with lots of restaurants and the beach is close by. The high ceilings and open rooms made it very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Clean. Updated. Foley furnished and appropriate appliances and utensils. Renters need to make sure that they put out the recycling on pickup days. Great location.

This is our 4th time renting this condo. We love it! Location is great! It has everything we need. Also, Tom and Jennifer are wonderful hosts. They always quickly respond to any questions you may have. We’ll be back!

The property was clean, the community was great. Enough room for the 6 of us that stayed there. Not far from St. Augustine, where we enjoyed the sites and sounds. If it wasn't for the rain we would have seen more. The only issue was beach access, the owner state the beach was for residents, and supposedly there was access to the beach next to the Beach Club, but the guards wouldn't let us through the gate. Luckily the public beach access was just 3 miles away, and not very crowded. Having the beach gear and cart was a huge plus. If you are used to using wash cloths, like we were I suggest bringing them.
