Exactly as advertised and a little nicer than expected. Perfect place to get away and relax. Stump pass beach state park is a nice option within a 30 min drive, plenty of shopping options 10 minutes away, and would highly recommend kayaking at sunset from the dock!

Perfect getaway

Recently traveled to the Port Charlotte area to visit family and this was the perfect little oasis for me. I really enjoyed the views, and feeling like home when away from home.

Our second time staying here and while enjoying it again, there are a couple of areas that need repair. First, second door on a double door entry is not secure and needs to be fixed for safety. Secondly, screened porch needs to be sealed better because openings of screen allowed biting flies in which made pool area not comfortable. Finally, pictures need to be updated of outside as roof and color of house do not match today of pictures. If these are fixed we will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space, amenities and AC. Main bedroom superb with stunning views, the sunset is amazing and certainly reflects the house name. Dip pool and pontoon for fishing or chilling out. Owner very helpful

Beautiful home with an amazing view.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and enjoyable. There is a very nice game room the kids really enjoyed. If taking a boat the canal is a one way in and out access with minimal wake, it takes about 40/45 minutes to get to the bay. Still a great location to got out for fishing or to go to the beach side.

Our thoughts!

Our nearly 2-week stay was very nice with a very clean house in a great location. Due to the recent hurricane, there were some serious issues with the home on the outside (roof, pool, garage door) but the inside was in excellent condition. If I had one issue it was the TV provider ROKU which did not allow for live shows. Instead, everything we watched was from hours before and in snippets. This applied to almost all channels. If these issues are resolved we will definitely be back!

Fishing trip to Boca Grande

Very nice and clean home. Great layout for families. Kids loved the pool and screened in porch. Dock was nice for fishing.
