Nice Family Getaway

We had a nice stay, the house was clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The pool area was great, with sun all day long. The area was nice, suggestions for places to go and things to do were helpful. My family had a great, relaxing vacation.

Everything you would want

The house had everything you could want or need while on vacation. Beautiful house, immaculately clean, lots of kitchen equipment, comfortable beds, and the heated pool was great.

Wonderful Vacation

This house was was top notch from the cleanliness to the well supplied kitchen for all your cooking needs. The pool area was great with an added bonus of an outside pergola with a gas fire pit. It is close to beaches and restaurants. The owners are very welcoming and made sure we had whatever we needed! We wished we could have stayed longer!

Don't hesitate to book a stay in this beautiful home. Impeccably furnished and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes. The pool area, grilling area and fire pit area are great as well not to mention the beautiful landscaping. The host is a great communicator and is quick to answer any questions you may have.

The host was very interested in how our stay was going and was there anything we needed, very appreciated. The house was well furnished and especially the kitchen which my wife said there was nothing she could improve on.The location turned out to be quite convenient to visit other cities, restaurants, beaches, museums, and the like.The landscaping was beautiful and the pool was a bonas.

great rental

house was great. had everything we needed to have a fun time. fire pit was a plus to sit around at night and talk. e would rent this property again for sure.

Wonderful family home!

We have 4 kids-the house was perfect! One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. Everything was great-from the bedding to the towels, and so on. Tom was wonderful to work with, he made sure everything was great for us. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

Beautiful Home

The property was just as listed and then some! The pool area was beautiful and inviting! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for something in this area this is it. Tom was a wonderful host.

One month stay

We stayed at this property for a wonderful month. The house, yard and neighborhood are beautiful. The house and kitchen are very well equipped for a long term stay. We were very comfortable and felt "at home" during our stay. The property owner was very conscientious, checking in frequently to see if there was anything we needed. We would definitely rent here again. Excellent rental experience.

Absolutely Amazing!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was so clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. It felt like our own home away from home. The pool was the perfect spot to relax and soak up some sun, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plus, the area is super bike-friendly, so we could easily explore. Alexa was conveniently set up by the pool for listening to music. It was the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. We had an incredible time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Home away from home

This was the best Florida house we have stayed in! The house and grounds had everything we needed. It was easy to settle right in. It's near beaches, Englewood, and shopping. The neighborhood is great for walking. Check out the Englewood farm market on Thursdays! We appreciated Tom staying in contact with us to make sure we were comfortable. The lanai and pergola were perfect outdoor spaces for relaxing. My favorite room inside was the little den off of the living room. That became my quiet time space. We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful property and experience

This home is in a great neighborhood. It is close to everything. 10 min drive to Beach, Restaurants, Shopping, and activities. The home is gorgeous. Tastefully furnished with lots of space for folks to spread out and rooms large enough for everyone to gather together. The pool and back yard with firepit are great for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. Everything we needed was there. Beach chairs, a cooler, pool toys were all within easy reach. Tom is a great host and checked in with us a few times to make sure every need was met. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I would.

As advertised! Extremely clean and has everything that you would need plus a lot more!

Thomas was a great host and was easy to communicate with! The house was as advertised and extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook nightly dinners. There was plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows and enough TVs that everyone could their own movies! The pool was well kept and lit and there was also pool toys out side to play with. What we also liked about this house was it’s location. We were 10 minutes from a Publix, 10 minutes from restaurants and 10 minutes from the boat ramp and beach! You can’t ask for a better central location!

Great time

The house was very beautiful and clean. We enjoyed spending time in the pool during the day a sun fire pit at night. Thomas checked in and if any questions we had he responded right away. Thank you for a wonderful week

Excellent Stay!

Perfect house for our family of four. The pool was perfect and had plenty of toys for kids to swim with. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. Excellent house!!

Just fine

Great house overall ! Reservation was cancelled by mistake ! When the reservation was reinstated the cost went up by $15 which the owner assured us it would be adjusted, that never happened. The owner stated he would provide us with some sort of dinner comp for our trouble with the reservation which never happened. Overall we still enjoyed our stay. VRBO costs along with owner added costs basically double the daily cost that is advertised, just know what your getting into.

Hi Tim I am not sure what you mean by doubling the costs, but that is not me VRBO has costs. As far as the $15.00 I am sorry but It did not come thru on my end as $15.00 more. I had spoken with you many times during your stay and it was not mentioned to me that you paid more. Had it been I would have addressed it Right away, as I did with any questions you had right away during your stay. The Dinner card was sent, but unfortunately, it was sent by "USPS which automatically forwards all mail to my home in Chicago. I was told it was going to be delivered to you directly in Florida, by the Restaurant. They mailed it instead. My apologies. I should have asked you if you received it. I have no control over VRBO and anyone who uses them knows there are other costs. Than you for leaving the house in a good condition and clean. Thank you for your stay. Tom Kane

Beautiful and Clean

This is the second house my family has stayed at through VRBO and we were very pleased! From the moment we showed interested in staying at this property to the end of our stay, the owner, Thomas, was extremely kind and always answered all of my questions promptly. The house itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you might need at a home. My husband, sons and I especially loved the pool and the firepit! Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the backyard behind the pool area was much larger than expected! My boys had space to run around, play soccer and fly kites. My boys also loved the den. They made it into their play room. I also appreciated the larger televisions in each room. The house is located in a very nice and quiet area. It is also very close to the park, the beach and many great restaurants! We all definitely had a fantastic stay and we didn't want to leave! We hope to go back in the future and we definitely recommend this house for other families! Thank you Thomas and have a happy and healthy new year!
