GULF VIEWS~Private beach! Comp beach chairs!

The Surfer's Dream has everything you can think of for the perfect beach getaway! Not only will you enjoy the posh decor of this spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bath plus bunk room unit but you will also LOVE all of the amenities this complex has to offer! The attached sports deck includes a basketball court, tennis court and pickle ball for your enjoyment. Additionally, there is an amazing on-site restaurant and spa. Once you arrive, you will never need to leave the resort!

PLEASE NOTE: The pool will be closed from November 3 through December 31, 2025 for renovation. The hot tubs will not be affected.
~ During season (March - October) this unit comes with beach chair service, which includes daily set up of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. We also provide an additional 2 beach chairs in the unit for you to bring down to the beach. ~

This is a 2 bedroom plus hallway bunk condo that has 2 full bathrooms as well. There is a renovated kitchen along with a dining area and large living room. You will also enjoy the oversized balcony that has views of the sports deck, pool AND the Gulf of Mexico!

We provide a helpful digital welcome packet for your stay that tells you everything you need to know about the condo, resort, and area!! We also provide the following starter amenities:

(2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
(1) Roll of paper towels
(4) Beach Towels
(2) Trash bags
(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
(1) Starter set of laundry detergent
(1) dawn soap and sponge
Starter set of dishwasher soap
(4) Keurig coffee pods

* Please note amenities provided are meant to be utilized as a starter set and are not intended to last the length of your stay. Please pack accordingly for longer stays.

The resort hosts COMPLIMENTARY beach bonfires on Mondays and Fridays (no outside food or drink allowed).

Please note: There is a ring door bell on the door for security and safety purposes.

This unit is located in Surfside Resort on Scenic Gulf Drive. Parking is complementary for 2 vehicles (parking passes are picked up at the front desk). Please note for parking: There is both outside and garage parking....the lowest point is 6’ 7” for the height of the garage.

ANIMAL POLICY: We regret to inform you that this unit is not animal-friendly. Although we love all animals, our son has a severe allergy to animal dander which can trigger asthma attacks. Thank you in advance for understanding!

NO WEAPONS OR GUNS IN THE CONDO.

The condo was absolutely everything as it was listed! It was perfect for our last minute get away and adorable! The host was absolutely amazing and couldnt have had a better experience. Definitely check into this condo if looking for a cozy get away with a good view of the beach as well.

Mirimar Beach Condo

The property was up to date, very clean and worth every dollar. My children enjoyed the amenities. I enjoyed the location. The beach wasn’t too crowded and it was in close proximity to lots of restaurants and stores. I have to be truthful with my review, so I would say the only downside is that this is an older property and there are renovations going on. The contractors have no tact with time. They were running power tools on the next floor up, directly above the master bedroom at 6:30 in the morning, so sleeping in wasn’t an option for me. That’s not the renter’s fault though, so overall I was happy with my stay!

Beautiful Condo and great location

Nice place with everything we needed. Location was excellent. Close enough to dining and retail but in an area that wasn't congested. Easy access to the beach. Outstanding communication from DIving Pelican. Would definitely stay with them again.
