Plan your stay at this picturesque waterfront location. Private yet close to all major destinations in Puget Sound. Business travel equipped! Work in luxury at fully furnished unit or outside. Standalone 2-story building with a separate entry. Go for swim with over 120 feet of prime low bank water frontage. Fish from a privacy of backyard or gather around a Bonfire by the water with friends or chill in a Gazebo with TV and beer! Or, relax by the river on a quaint swing bench or hammock! Minutes to Auburn downtown and 20 minutes to SeaTac Airport.

Salmon Migration has started in this river! Huge number of Salmons can be seen from the bank. They are jumping! Salmon Season officially starts on September 16, 2025!

Waterfront home with large private recreational backyard. All species of wild Salmon migrate up the river starting in September and lasting through the end of December. Watch salmons swim upriver in huge numbers! Fishermen's paradise - private and exclusive fishing spot like no other! Fish cleaning station with running water provided by the bank!

Up to 7 guests can be accommodated on this property at one time when combined with RV which is also available through Vrbo. Inquire with host!

Fish caught from the river can be filleted on provided cleaning station with running water, cleaned and grilled and enjoyed while watching your favorite station on TV! Unique recreational spot! Make sure to get your Washington FIshing License!

Coffee and grocery stores were nearby. We visited with family. The location was easy for family members to travel to. Due to historic flooding, we were not able to use the outdoor spaces as we'd hoped. The host was super responsive and we would stay there again.

Our family loved this cozy riverfront apartment and the host was great! Very peaceful back yard with lots of space and a great view of the river. Highly recommend this place for a small group or family.

Great Stay

Overall, had a great stay at this location. For the price that we paid, it would have been nice to see some more bathroom essentials, such as toothpaste, barsoap, not the cheapest toilet paper. Having some more decor in the place would also be a good touch. That obviously isn't a requirement, however we have stayed in cheaper places where hosts really prioritize that, and its a nice touch.

Cozy and Clean

This is a small but clean garage apartment with beautiful views out the windows. The queen size bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the host was very responsive. The metal spiral staircase to the bedroom is quite tight so be aware of that if you have regular size suitcases. We would stay here again.

Quiet and CLEAN.

This property is nice and quiet being the last house on the dead-end road with Green River as the backdrop. It was beautifully remodeled and Very Clean. I was very happy I choose this rental in Auburn as it is conveniently located to several highways and locations.

Pristine apartment in gorgeous garden on the river

We were so lucky to have found this place. So close to family in a beautiful garden setting right on the river. Close to everything but very private. Love the spiral staircase to the huge bedroom overlooking the garden. The place was spotless too!!! Great stay!

A first choice contender

My husband and I stayed for several days at the apartment. We had a great time enjoying the environment next to the river. The host was wonderful, he would catch us when we were enjoying the outdoors to check in and make sure everything was going fine and had a great personality. The apartment itself was so clean. It had heat and a/c which was a nice surprise since a/c is not always common in apartments there. We plan to visit the area again in the future, this will be our first choice when looking for a place to stay.

The property was clean, the bed was comfortable and appeared to be fairly new. The owners were quick to respond. The kitchen is slightly under equipped for cooking and could use a staple sized salt along with enough coffee/tea for two people for each paid night spent there. There was only one good sized coffee mug. I would also suggest purchasing a second valet for the upstairs should there be two guests. I am guessing the owners are still working out some of these small details, otherwise it was comfortable, clean, near grocery stores and had a very pretty view looking out at the river. Summer would be a great time to enjoy the river, the bbq and patio areas. As an aside… The narrow spiral staircase was a bit of a challenge; my foot slipped twice going down it. Overall I would recommend this property. Just be cautious while using the spiral staircase!

Fish caught from the river can be filleted on provided fillet table, cleaned and grilled on the patio and enjoyed on the shaded table under the Gazebo! Unique recreational opportunity. Make sure to get your Washington FIshing License!
