This is a lovely beach cottage near everything you’d want to do during a stay in Laguna Beach. The house had nice large common and bedrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, and a small beach within walking distance - with the main town beach and shopping walkable or a short drive. Our host Annette was super helpful in showing us how to use things in the house and in making local recommendations. Everyone in our family loved the property and wants to rent it again!!

Loved our stay here in Laguna. Walked to downtown numerous times to restaurants and grocery store and just to enjoy the town. House is in such a great location! Gorgeous small beach down Cress st just a 5 min walk from house. Everything worked well in the house and beds were comfy. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Annette was a great host!

This home has everything you need for staying one day, one week or even long term. We were there for a girls reunion and everyone was comfortable and happy. The kitchen has everything required for dine in meals but the location is ideal for going out to a different place every day. Annette was very knowledgeable about Laguna Beach and made great recommendations. We met her at check in but since there were no problems or issues, we didn’t have to contact her until check out. We would definitely go back to this beautiful home.

Perfect location. We walked to the Laguna Beach Coffee Co. everyday. Delicious restaurants within walking distance . Annette was very kind and helpful with information on the area . House was clean and the yard was such a relaxing area to hang out

Our stay was perfect! The location was great - about a 15-20 minute walk to Laguna Main Beach and restaurants. Our daughters (3 and 5) loved taking the free trolley! The cottage was very well stocked and had a wonderful set up perfect for entertaining some family and friends, and great for playing catch in the backyard. The host was very communicative and welcoming. We would love to visit again someday!

Great stay close to the beach!

This was a perfect house for our family of 4. An easy walk to the beach, and walk/short trolley ride to wherever you want to go in Laguna. The hot tub and fireplace were great for the cool January days. Would stay here again!

Beautiful place

Perfect beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute beach house! The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach, great dining and shopping! Laguna vacation

My family stayed here after visiting Disneyland. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach, coffee shop, and restaurants and we just walked every where we wanted to go. Our favorite part was the morning walks on the beach.
