Close to the beach & all the action, but private enough for a relaxing night on your secluded patio or in your private optionally heated pool as you wind down from a day of exploring! This 4BR/4BA home is located on a private cul-de-sac in a new exclusive gated community.

Nestled between Pompano Joe's and The Whale's Tail, the location offers unparalleled convenience, making it effortless to access all the amenities necessary for an unforgettable vacation. Immerse yourself in the local lifestyle on the secluded cul-de-sac, surrounded by fellow vacationers, while relishing in the privacy of your fully-fenced yard as you unwind and soak up the sun.

The home comes with a 6-seater, street legal, electric golf cart at no additional cost! Ditch the car rental and high gas prices! Just get to the house, and you'll be able to get around without a problem! The golf cart also makes parking around town much easier, especially during peak season.

The pool has a ledge going all the way around it...perfect for adults having a cocktail or kids to stand on while playing. Pool heating/chilling can also be added to your stay for an additional fee (see below).

Depending on your sleeping arrangements, it can sleep 15 people in beds. It's perfect for a couple families traveling together, a family traveling with grandparents, or a group of friends. Come soak up the white sand beaches and beautiful emerald waters of Miramar Beach on the Emerald Coast!

HOME LAYOUT (Sleeps 15):

First Floor: Twin Bunk Bed over a Queen Bed (sleeps 3) | Full Bathroom | Open Living Room w/ Large Couch (Easily sleeps 2 additional people- not included in bed count) | Kitchen and Dining Room | Garage w/ outdoor games, beach chairs, and other beach accessories.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with full bathroom (sleeps 2) | King Bedroom with full bathroom (sleeps 2) | Two sets of Double Over Double Bunks with Full Bathroom (sleeps 8) | Laundry Room.

Outside: Large Rear Patio w/ Propane Grill, and a Private Pool that is optionally heated and chilled to always keep it at just the right temperature between March 1 - November 30. If weather permits, the pool may also be heated during the winter months, but we can't guarantee it if the temperature drops too low.

* All bedrooms, living room, and outdoor patio have smart TV's that you can login and use your own streaming services, but basic cable is not provided.

Supplies: The home is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. You will also enjoy spa quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. It is the guest’s responsibility to supply any additional items and replenish any additional items needed during their stay.

GOLF CART USAGE
Must be 21 or older to drive golf cart. Golf cart is considered a low-speed vehicle and is registered to be driven on the road. Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required to operate. Driver assumes responsibility for any damages found during check-out inspection. No discounts or refunds for guests who choose not to utilize the golf cart. Operator must complete golf cart waiver before driving.

AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted in The Emerald Penny (a certified service animal is allowed). Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking any substance is not permitted on The Emerald Penny property. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

PARKING
The paved driveway can accommodate up to 3 standard vehicles. No RV's, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed in the community per HOA. No parking in the street in front of the house or on the grass per HOA regulations.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Guest is required to sign a rental agreement. Agreement will be provided to you via email shortly after booking is completed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD
A security hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card and processed by the Host 2 days prior to check-in. This hold will show up as pending on your card and fall off within a few days after check-out if there are no damages. This is not a charge, just a hold.

POOL HEATING
Pool heating/chilling can be added to your stay for an additional fee of $40/night. This must be requested after booking and will be sent as a separate charge for the length of your stay. We are unable to heat for partial stays due to length of time it takes to heat/chill the pool. If temperatures remain below 50 degrees during your stay, the pool heater may not be able to keep up with the cold. Due to weather uncertainty, if the pool cannot maintain a temperature of at least 84 degrees, you will be refunded the pool heating fee.
