Thanks for sharing all the details about your stay at the Lakehouse Lounge. We are glad to hear that your family had a great time and we look forward to having you back again soon. The seclusion, wildlife and campfires are the best during the fall/winter months too!

Communication is key! We believe the interaction between us and our guest creates a good relationship and helps us improve the service for our guest experience during their stay. The lack of communication from you before, during, and post stay was neglect to our home and your experience. We tried reaching you 4-5 times before your arrival to inform you of the recently broken fan, so we postponed the repair to give you privacy during your stay. The toilet was broken during your stay and you neglected to tell us about it until your last minute review 14-days after check out. Our house was trashed and none of our house rules were followed. Our housekeeper reported a numerous of unnecessary problems and damage that you left behind for repair. We are always responsive to our guest during their stay and we quickly send tradesman to repair any issue and offer guidance to operate the TVs and/or appliances. We share our home with guest because we trust that most people will respect our belongings all while making memories with their friends and family.
