The neighborhood also has private hiking/biking trails as well as a lake. You will have everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable experience. We look forward to sharing our home with you!

As you walk inside from our 2 car HEATED garage you’ll find yourself in a spacious mud/laundry room that is the perfect drop zone for hanging jackets or kicking off hiking boots. Our open concept kitchen/living/dining room can host large groups easily. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to maneuver. The custom, one of a kind dining table comfortably seats 10. The main level includes the master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. With the touch of a button, open the window treatments to enjoy the mountain view from our 18 foot windows while sipping your morning coffee from bed. The master en-suite is light and bright with marble heated flooring, a waterfall rain shower, and a two-sink vanity.

The lower level contains a comfortable family room with a 75 inch TV and large coffee table perfect for family movie or game nights. The downstairs is home to the remaining three bedrooms with the second master containing a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk in closet. The third bedroom contains a king bed, large desk, and is a step away from a bathroom with a two-sink vanity and beautiful shower. The bunk room has a full on full bunk bed perfect for housing little ones. Come relax and make lasting memories at our mountain getaway.

While we do not allow pets at this time, we have a pup who visits occasionally.

2 car heated garage and 1 additional space in driveway. Street parking is prohibited.

Guests can enjoy the brand new Aspen House clubhouse, including a year-round outdoor pool, two hot tubs, self-serve bar area with beer and wine on tap, a gym, separate yoga studio, teen gaming area, kids play area, and den.

Rental Guest Aspen Clubhouse Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 10am - 7pm
Friday: 10am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 11am
Sunday: 5pm - 7pm

Private Lakehouse Hours:
Daily 8am-9pm

In addition, guests can hike or bike along private trails throughout the community or fish on a private section of the Blue River. Town Park is located at the entrance of Summit Sky Ranch and includes a playground, large field, sledding hill with warming hut.
