Welcome to Tupelo Bay Villa #712. This newer 3-bed, 2-bath, top floor unit is located in Garden City, less than 1 mile from Grand Strand beaches with a short drive or free shuttle bus (Memorial Day to Labor Day). The amenities at Tupelo Bay are the best and most extensive in the area. Tupelo offers indoor and outdoor pools, a driving range, fitness center, pickleball courts, charcoal grills, disc golf, foot golf, a lit 9-hole par 3 golf course and a full 18-hole executive course.

Beautiful and clean

Beautiful place, very clean, and great location. Just a couple minutes from the beach and about 15 minutes to the boardwalk. We will definitely come back. You do have to pay an additional fee if you want bedding and towels.

Nice with some disappointments

Overall, the property was nice and nicely decorated. My family loves this community and would return to the community again. We realized after booking that linens were not included, this meant no towels, sheets - which knew about - but no bath mats to walk out onto and nothing to clean/dry dishes with. We had one kitchen trash bag for the week and it was small and flimsy. We definitely enjoyed our stay, but must say we were disappointed with the things that weren't supplied to help keep the condo neat and clean.

Reviewer Comments: Yay!- The beds were sooo comfortable- loved the master suite king bed!- The layout of the house and the lofted ceilings with all the windows!- The well stocked kitchen pots/pans/dining sets. Loved the small colorful bowls!- The arrangement of the living room furniture and big ottoman!- The master bathroom and shower!- The reclining chair on the porch and the turtles!Could use improvement - The corner of the rug in the dining room- The cleanliness of the dining room table and chairs- needed a good wipe down before we arrived- The lack of coasters (we couldn’t find more than two, so we were carrying around the two from room to room because we didn’t want to ruin the beautiful furniture)- The lack of placemats (also found only two)- The cleanliness of the back patio- there was a dirty napkin on the ground when we arrived and the floor could have benefited from a good sweeping around the table- Pillowcases that fully fit the big pillows on the king bed

This was the first rental that I have had where linens were not included so be aware when you are booking. The rented sheets weren't the best but it beats packing your own and having to put them on the beds. Location is great to the pool and backs up to the small pond so it is nice and quiet. Place was very clean and management company was very responsive over small issue that we had.

Perched on the top floor, this large end unit was quiet, light and bright, and very spacious. It overlooked undeveloped woodland and a pond with a number of turtles and the occasional deer foraging.
