Spectacular, spacious, renovated corner unit #501 with large wrap around balcony

Newly renovated unit with outrageous views. Outside enjoy panoramic ocean views from the wrap around balcony and inside enjoy the views from ceiling to floor windows throughout. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1800 sq. ft. unit is located on the 5th floor of One Ocean Place. The building is centrally located between the Garden City and Surfside Beach fishing piers and is considered the premier building in the area. It is located within close proximity to Murrells Inlet, the Marsh Walk and Market Commons. Our condo is completely updated with new dining, living, bedroom and patio furniture, and custom tiled baths including a rainhead in the master walk in shower. Enjoy new lighting, accessories, appliances, and wall mounted smart TV’s in the living room and in all bedrooms.
This condo sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with patio access and a view that allows you to stay in bed and watch the morning sun rise over the ocean. Bedroom #2 is also furnished with a king-size bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twins. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom . Towels and bed linens are provided with beds made up upon your arrival.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home, including: ice maker, drip/pod coffee maker, microwave, large selection of pots and pans, dishes, crockpot, toaster and blender. There is a fully equipped wet bar in the living room for ease in entertaining. Our unit also has a new washer and dryer for your convenience.
The One Ocean Place pool deck has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs with plenty of lounge chairs overlooking the ocean. This is a family-owned condo. We have lived in the area for over 35 years and we take a lot of pride in its cleanliness and appearance. We are easily available with any questions or concerns to ensure that your vacation experience with us is worry-free. The location of the condo is so convenient to several good restaurants and only a few steps from the beach. The unit is newly decorated, clean and well equipped. The view of the beach from within the condo and on the patio is wonderful. Communication with the host from the beginning to the time we checked out was excellent. We had a wonderful two week vacation and would definitely consider booking the unit again.

My family and I have been going to South Carolina since 1980. Maureen’s property is by far the best we’ve stayed in. I’ve rented it every year for the past three years. It’s exactly what the photos depicted and more. Awesome view, clean, comfortable and the exterior of the property is also well maintained. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to personally visit again. It was a completely effortless, wonderful, relaxing, experience. I could go on and on!!

I loved every minute , there was one issue with the parking we were getting notices on our rental car every morning ,by the third notice they threatened to put a boot on our car ,The owner wasn't that helpful finally they said thatI needed the check in and out day. If Maureen would of told me that we wouldn't have to deal with this . If we should come back next year we will put the dates of our stay.
