The entire Chateau Winston estate is yours—main house, carriage house, and private pool. Five bedrooms sleep up to 14, ideal for large families and groups traveling together. Enjoy two patios, two BBQ grills, a full kitchen, fireplace, ping-pong, and beach chairs and wagons. A 5-minute walk to beach access and short stroll to Rosemary Beach shops and dining. Bike to Alys Beach and Seacrest, relax on the sun loungers, rinse at the outdoor shower, and gather poolside for an easy 30A getaway.

Wonderful stay!

The home was great— furnished nicely, clean, well appointed, and the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would 200% recommend this rental and hope to stay here again soon.

Perfect place to stay with a family! The carriage house was an extra bonus for us as well. House was very clean, stocked with plenty of items and the location was great. Easy check-in and host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!!

The house was beautiful and the check in was seamless. The pool warmed to perfection! The only small complaint I have is that the beds were very stiff. Other than that it was perfect. Great location right down the road from the beach which made it super easy to frequent! Very close to the rosemary square and everything you could want. The park is walkable too which was great with my two year old. I would definitely rent this location again!

Great vacation house with pool

Great place near the centre of Rosemary and the beach (3-5 min walk). Lots of towels. Wonderful balconies to sit. The little pool makes the place perfect.

Great vacation spot for family!

We came for a girls trip and we had a great time!! The location was perfect! We had our own warm pool and an easy walk to the beach. We loved the white sand and the crystal blue water! So beautiful!! The house was so pretty and the furniture was very comfortable. Overall we had such a nice time!☺️

Reunion getaway

Great spot for our group of eight over 50 high school friends. Clean and well-maintained. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Note that bunk room doesn’t have a door. Fine for us but might not work for everyone. Would recommend.

Convenient and quiet location

We had a great stay at this property for a bachelorette trip. The pool was so nice and clean. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Overall house was clean and well maintained. Location was nice--on the line or rosemary beach so we were out off all the traffic so it was easy to get to and from the house. Close enough to walk to everything and bike! Beach access was literally right across the street and down 2 blocks, not crowded at that beach.

Wonderful property, great location

We had a wonderful stay! The pool was heated and wonderful. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is stocked with all needed cook and glassware as well as coffee pods. The property has beach chairs, 2 bikes, a beach wagon, and sound machines available. We rented a few more bikes at the stand directly behind the property. Rosemary beach is a 10 minute walk and has great restaurants. The beach is a 8 minutes walk and has stunning sand. We will be back!
