Charming 3BR Home. The Perfect Fall Escape Near Marquette, Waterfalls & Trails

Welcome to Park St. Retreat—a fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with all-new furnishings and modern touches. Perfect for outdoor lovers year-round, with hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and more just outside your door. Steps from the Heritage Trail, RAMBA bike trailhead, and snowmobile routes. Teal Lake is minutes away, and Marquette is a short 20-minute drive.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, and more. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed (3 total), and the primary suite includes a twin daybed—great for extra guests or kids.

Enjoy quiet mornings on the front porch with rocking chairs, or unwind on the back patio with a grill, outdoor dining set, and umbrella. The large yard is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

We provide towels, comfy bedding, fans, extra blankets, and parking for up to 4 vehicles. We’ve designed this space to feel like home—and we hope you love it here!

Central UP location for Family Vacation

Perfect for a big family

There are six of us that travel, so we prefer to travel light. This place is clean and has all the extr things we need. Close to everywhere and most importantly the family we are visiting.

Adorable, clean, well-designed home

This was a beautiful place to stay for a conference at Northern Michigan University and a few days exploring the Marquette area. Everything was so thoughtfully designed and comfortable and the host was very responsive to questions. Absolutely recommend and would stay again!

Lovely house in the center of Ishpeming. Plenty of space for 3 generations of family. Easy drive to the sites in Marquette and surrounding areas. Convenient laundry on the main floor. A perfect home base for a week of UP vacation!

Great place to snowmobile from

We had a great stay for two nights. We were able to snowmobile from the house to the UP 8 trail via snow covered side streets about 5 blocks. The house was clean and very pleasing to stay at. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our weekend stay here for a family wedding. Had everything we needed available even though we weren’t actually there much. Michigan never disappoints. I’m sure we will stay here again.

We stayed at this property for LSPR. It was a good midway point for our activities. We were able to park our truck and car trailer on the street and our recce vehicle in the driveway. The house was updated and had everythng we needed. Property manager was quick to respond when needed.

I'd come back in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at this property. It was spacious and clean. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom situation was quite nice. I felt very comfortable here during my stay and would look to book it again next time I'm in Ishpeming. Additionally, AC is not shown in the listing but there are two window units - one in the upstairs and one in a downstairs bedroom. We didn't need them but I thought future renters should be aware that they are there.
