Este hermoso Bethel Casa fue construida en 2002 con la construcción y los materiales utilizados durante todo para hacer su estancia cómoda y agradable calidad. La cocina tiene granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, barra de desayuno 4 asientos y un comedor grande con mesa para 6 personas. Madera, baldosas y alfombras bereberes son toda la casa. Grande de 55 pulgadas HD TV con satélite hace que la habitación familiar y acogedor que está abierto a la cocina y el comedor para que todos puedan ver. La sala de barro en la entrada es un gran lugar para dejar la ropa mojada después de un día de disfrutar de los hermosos al aire libre de la zona de Bethel Maine. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño con colchones de felpa o almohada. Todos los colchones son nuevos para darle una buena noche de sueño. En el sótano hay una otra sala de estar con sofá, silla y 43 pulgadas, TV de alta definición. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el primer piso y está amueblada con hechos a mano mesitas de noche y tocador. La bañera y ducha en el maestro es genial después de un día de esquí.

Esta casa tiene suficiente espacio para un ajuste cómodo 2 familes de 6. La habitación del sótano se configura como otra zona del dormitorio principal con sala de estar y cuarto de baño. El primer piso tiene un gran plan de piso abierto para que todo el mundo se reúnen junto con el dormitorio principal, baño completo y medio baño con lavadero. La sala de barro también es un gran lugar para secar la ropa con los pisos térmicos radiat. El segundo piso cuenta con 3 dormitorios y un baño completo. Las habitaciones de arriba pueden dormir 8 con 1 de los dormitorios es la sala más grande en la casa que tiene un amplio espacio. Usted no será decepcionado con la cantidad de espacio que tiene y la condición de la propiedad. Alquile hoy !!!

Family Ski Trip

Great location for a Sunday River ski trip! Perfect size for a large group of 11 or 12. Minor thing that could be better; Firmer, thicker pillows would be nice, otherwise bring your own pillows.

Lovely home in Bethel ME

VERY comfortable as in a home away from home. The house was very clean, lots of space to accommodate 12, great location and very cozy. Most of us did not want to leave because we felt at home. As for the house, what you see online is what you get and the response rate was VERY quick. I have recommended the house to friends that are coming over next year for a Fall/Winter vacation. It was easy to get to and the area looks great

Really comfortable home

The listing and photos are accurate for this property. A lot of space to spread out. TV and Internet were good. Because I rent many properties, were were prepared with more kitchen tools, hand towels, face clothes, coolers with ice for warm items, and our own fans. If I needed to be in that area, I would rent again.

Overall great place

Beds were comfortable but could use new sheets as they were a bit small for all the beds and didn’t stay on well you slept. Kitchen was big but needs an update of all the supplies. Had a lot of pots but not many casserole dishes and drinking glasses as a mishmash collection. If you know you are cooking just bring what you need to make it. Overall place was great

Check in was wrong

We stayed for one week to celebrate my 50th birthday. I received different communication one stating I could check in on one day one on another day. My family arrived 11pm that evening and the house was alarmed and the owner couldn’t be contacted to turn the alarm off . The police arrived and they couldn’t contact the owner either. So they communicate with the alarm company to get the alarm turned off not a great way to start the trip. Once the rest of the family arrived the next day we discovered the heat wouldn’t work properly some rooms were very warm others were extremely cold and the thermostats weren’t allowing us to correct the situation. All of the bed were very hard and of poor quality. I would not recommend staying here. Many broken windows and the beautiful jacuzzi tub was rendered unusable.

Great spot in Bethel

The location was great, with easy access to town and Sunday River skiing. We were four adults and six kids - everyone had space and the house was cozy, with a great mudroom. Wish we could have used the fireplace, though, and wish there had been a fire pit outside, but overall the property served our needs very well. In my opinion, the beds could be upgraded (bring your own pillows!), but the kids were comfortable, so that was a win. Overall, a great spot in Bethel.

Sunday River Family Time

Three families met up at this lovely house for a weekend of skiing. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we stayed snuggly warm even though it was -12 degrees outside one night! Was too cold to ski the first day, but one family went to Carters to x-country ski for a couple hours, and another family just went for a hike down the road and found the Taylor Woods River Trail!! What a lovely and unexpected treasure! Had a blast hiking by the Androscoggin River for a bit. Nice that there are other activities so close to the house! Plenty of room for all of us to play games, for the kids to have kid space and the adults to hang out too. The rooms are very big. Derek was easy to communicate with and was there to answer any questions. Easy little drive to Sunday River and we had so much fun skiing!! Things to note are that there are only two queen beds, and you need to dispose of your own trash and recycles (which was not hard, but took up vacation time). Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

My family and I rented the house for a weekend ski trip. The house was amazing. The sleeping arrangements, fully stocked kitchen, 3 and a half baths accommodated everyone comfortably. The house’s location was perfect for Sunday River and area markets and food.

Good Ski House

The property was a great location close to Sunday River, about a 15-minute drive in the morning. The house was big and able to easily accommodate our group. It was great to have two living spaces, one next to the kitchen and one downstairs so we were able to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to easily make family-style meals during our stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive during the stay. For those bringing their own ski equipment or those with children, I should note that renters are asked to bring the trash to a local dump area. This was the first time I've been asked to do so after staying in VRBOs in Sunday River for the past few years. This can get tricky when you're trying to leave on time and you need to re-arrange luggage in cars.

Great spot near Sunday River.

The house was perfect for a ski getaway to Sunday River for our family. Plenty of space, nice setup with everything we needed. It was an ideal spot to get some rest after a full ski day. Derek was very accommodating and was very responsive. We enjoyed it.

Tremendous location and nice sized house

Did not disappoint, perfect place for us, great stay!

This was the perfect place for our needs. This was the second year my husband has taken a bunch of ski racers (joined by some parents) up to Sunday River for a Thanksgiving camp. We rented one bigger house last year that worked so well we rented that again but it wasn't big enough for everyone. Last year we had people in 3 places spread all over, this house happened to be a couple mile away from the larger one and just the right size and set up to house everyone between the two. Derick couldn't have been any easier to deal with and the space couldn't have been better. The kids stayed in the bedrooms on the second floor parents and coaches on the first and in the basement. It just didn't work out for us number wise but the only thing that might have been better would have been being able to have kids staying in the basement as well so they had more of the run on that "family" area. Oh and the only other thing kids were a bit disappointed about was the lack of a hot tub but I think that had more to do with the fact that the other house has one and it was a hit last year, still they were able to use the one at the other house and with the two being so close to each other. I highly recommend this house and I have no doubt we will be looking to rent it again.

Highly recommend

House is very clean and spacious. It is very close to the center of Bethel and Sunday River. It was also a quick 45 minute drive to Mt Washington and an hour to Freeport. It is centrally located to so many activities and minutes away from beautiful hikers. It is also close to Grafton Notch. Highly recommend, we will be staying here again

We're a family of 6 and frequent the property on a regular basis to go skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. In the summer we have had great vacations staying here and doing many activities including hiking Mt. Washington, kayaking, boating and tubbing on Rangley lake, off roading in Rangley on 4 wheelers, white water rafting, zip lining, fishing, biking and hiking table rock. Our 4 children love going to the Fryburg fair in the fall as well, The house is large enough that we have more than enough room to accomidiate us and another family of 6.

Great location and a quality build. You wont find a nicer house for rent in this price range.

The nicest benifit is the radiant heat floors on the first floor. You feet never get cold and your clothes dry out easily in the mud room.
