Prvt Hot Tub - Walk to Base - Ski Shuttle - Pool

Welcome to Cimarron #1, a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom luxury townhome, spread out on multiple levels . This professionally designed and furnished townhome boasts over 3200 square feet of living space, a private garage and spacious deck complete with a private hot tub and gas firepit.

As you enter the home, you are greeted by a mud room area to take off your boots and hang your coats. Back the hallway you will find a bedroom with King bed and attached bathroom, as well as a bedroom with Captain's Bunk (twin over Full) and its own attached bathroom. In between, you will find the full sized washer and dryer. Walk up to the main level with soaring ceilings and large windows. Here you will find the living area, gourmet kitchen and dining room with large table. There is a powder room nearby for your convenience. The deck is located just off the living area. There you will find a private hot tub, gas firepit and seating to take in that fresh mountain air any time of year. Also on the main floor is the main bedroom with gas fireplace. You will find a King bed and large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Head upstairs to the open loft with a cozy seating area with large TV and a nook with a desk for anyone who needs to catch up on some emails. One of the sofas in the loft is a queen sleeper sofa. The two bedrooms on the upper level both have Queen beds, one has its own attached bathroom, the other has an adjacent bathroom. One of the Queen bedrooms also boasts a desk for a quiet work or study area. There is a twin air mattress available as well, with this the home can sleep up to 14 people.

Cimarron Townhomes is a luxury community of homes just a few blocks from the slopes. During this coming ski season, the property has an all day shuttle service through the HOA. The community also features an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. You will check-in at the home itself, no need to stop at a front desk anywhere. We'd love to welcome you to your Steamboat "home away from home" at Cimarron.

Parking Information: This home can accommodate 3-4 vehicles total depending on size. 1 space available in the private garage and 2-3 spots in the driveway (again, depending on the size of the vehicle). No campers, trailers, RVs, boats, snowmobiles are allowed to be parked at the property per HOA rules. You are responsible for finding alternate parking arrangements for any additional vehicles.

Sports Teams: Please note, per Cimarron HOA rules, sports team stays are not allowed. If you are coming for a baseball, lacrosse, soccer or other sports tournament, please reach out to us for suggested properties.

Great place for family

We loved this place! It was large enough for our whole family to spread out and had a large kitchen, dining space, family room, and patio. We loved the proximity to the base area as well as ease of getting to the activities we chose in town and the surrounding trails. The air conditioning was absolutely great for a summer visit. This was a beautiful place to stay in Steamboat and we would absolutely choose it again.

Christmas Vacation

Our family of 8 and friends had a wonderful time at Cimarron! Communication from the property manager was above and beyond. The location was perfect, a short walk to the base, or a shuttle during busy hours. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools we needed to cook all week and the unit was spacious for everyone to be comfortable. Loved our stay!
