Located just 1.3 miles to downtown Breck and ski resort Lic.#LR21-000002

Located 5 minutes from downtown Breck and ski resort. Recently constructed (2020) home for you, family, and friends to unwind after a long day of shopping or skiing. Near shopping, hiking, dining, fishing, skiing, and much more. Cozy up by any of the three fireplaces, enjoy some family fun time in the rec room with pool, shuffleboard, poker, chess, darts, air hockey, or any of the many board games. Adults can unwind and enjoy a glass of wine at the wet bar or relax on the deck and enjoys the panoramic mountain views and fresh mountain air. WINTER TIME - 4wd is highly recommended. The roads are very well maintained but are steep, snow packed, and icy. Our driveway is steep and often takes the crew time to clear it. Take precautions upon arrival if you see snow on the driveway. All areas around the house will be slippery. Please be cautious when walking around the property. There is risk of falling snow and ice from the roof, slick walk ways, slick driveway, and black ice. We have a heated driveway but it takes several hours for it to thaw. Please shovel before you drive on it. We recommend to park at the top of the driveway, open the garage door, shovel the driveway, then proceed to drive on it.

We have have a snow shovel crew who come to shovel when we receive 4 inches of snow or more. They do show up unannounced to shovel the driveway, sidewalk, and front porch. They do have access to the garage to retrieve the snow blower. On occasion they will want to enter the home or may enter the home to shovel the back patio if no one answers the front door or garage door. Only during business hours.

The hot tub crew will show unannounced as well to service the hot tub, usually once a week, days vary. Only between business hours.

Quite neighborhood located in the Crown subdivision, located directly across from the Goose pasture Tarn. Although you may enjoy the view of the lake, the Town of Blue River does not allow guests at or on the lake unfortunately. However, you do have access to Dillon Reservoir that is located in Frisco, CO and is about 15 minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a ring door bell camera on the front door facing the front porch and driveway. The camera is on and records at all times. I do get notifications on my phone when there is motion and when someone rings the doorbell.

Perfect Home with Beautiful Views

This home is perfect in all ways. The kitchen and living area are large and open and a wonderful spot to gather by the fireplace. The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are spacious and modern. The bonus is definitely the basement and game room with a large sectional sofa, shuffleboard etc. The hot tub was enjoyed also. Wonderful!!

Cold start, great stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the space was great. Plenty of room to hangout comfortably. Great kitchen if you want to cook meals. Sadly, when we arrived the heat was turn way low and it took a couple days for the house to finally get to a more comfortable temperature of 65. Martin worked hard for us to make sure we were comfortable but between the very cold temperatures and the home not being heated for several days it took a while to get the house to temp. We enjoyed the house a lot though. Close to Breck and we weathered a pretty big storm. Luckily we had a good group of friends with us to keep the driveway plowed or we would have been stuck.

Beautiful Home

This home is exactly as listed and I would say even a bit better in person. The views from the balcony are insane, i took a million pictures like every time of day. Everything is clean & the kitchen is fully stocked up. There's plenty of space for large groups, we were 7 people. The host is extremely quick to respond and very helpful. The heater wasn't working in 2 areas but luckily there were electric fireplaces and heaters around the house to help us warm up especially at night. Couldn't have booked a better home for my bday trip! Tip: Although the home is not far from the main town at all, it is not walking distance, if you are Not renting a vehicle, be sure to book a taxi service for scheduled pickups/drop offs as Ubers aren't very reliable. We had luck with Uber during the day for local things but we scheduled taxi service for late nights and long distance activities like snowmobiling which was about an hour away from the house.

Perfect choice for family of 9

Our family enjoyed this home while on our ski vacation. The kitchen is nicely stocked with cooking utensils, crockpots, two ovens, drip coffee pot, etc. The large game room is perfect for dominoes, air hockey, shuffle board and hanging out watching tv. It is just outside of Breck, in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive anytime we had questions. There was plenty of space for our group of nine. The floors are a bit squeaky, you can hear everyone walking around, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might want white noise or earplugs. We didn’t get to see any animals while we were sitting in the hot tub but other people said that they did which would’ve been really cool. It snowed so much, we could not have asked for better weather - the skiing was terrific. Would highly recommend an all wheel drive vehicle if you’re coming in the winter time. We did see a couple of people get stuck in the snow in their front wheel drive minivan. Also, the air is pretty dry in the winter with the heat going, there was one humidifier that we were using in a bedroom which helped a bunch. Overall an excellent choice for a large group of people. Would definitely stay here again.
