D's Beach Retreat is location, location, location! You are literally STEPS from the gulf and the famous Schooner's beach-front restaurant - a local AND tourist's favorite. The east end of Panama City Beach has endless tasty local spots to eat, grab a drink, and soak in the sunshine. Not only is the beach in your front yard, but you are also just a mile from the beautiful bay where you can rent jet skis, pontoon boats, and even take a pirate cruise!

St. Andrew's State Park is just minutes down the road. Here you can visit the jetties, fish, snorkel, or take a shuttle to visit Shell Island for the day. You're sure to see several dolphins along the way! There are also several options nearby for the golfers, including Bay Point, Signal Hill, or Holiday. Dining options abound in this area and there is ample shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, just a few miles down the road!

-This property allows 2 dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged for the first dog, $50+tax for the second. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
