Our beautiful duplex includes both the main house and a connected apartment area. We are located in a serene and peaceful neighborhood that backs onto the National Forest. You will LOVE the mountain views and easy trail access! The large main-level living area features high vaulted ceilings and opens up to a deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. The front lower portion of our home includes a loft bedroom, living area, wet bar, bath, and small patio.
Enjoy time with your group around the fireplace sipping coffee or hot cocoa before walking out to the trails to explore the beautiful mountain ranges! There’s plenty of space to keep the cooks of your group company at our eat-in kitchen, stocked with appliances and everything you’d need to make a home-cooked meal. We provide towels and toiletries. There are 5 full bathrooms, offering plenty of privacy for larger groups. Our home is ideal for families, groups of friends, business getaways, etc.
For nature lovers, Lily Pad Lake has hiking trails, along with Sally Barber Mine Trail, Blue River Trail, and so many more. You can rent gear at Wild Ernest Sports, Mountain Sports Outlet, or Blue Valley Ski and Snowboard Rentals. Rainbow Park is a fun playground area for kids, Looking to do some shopping during your stay? Spend a day at the Outlets at Silverthorne. Wine enthusiasts? Visit D’Vine Wine winery/vineyard. Catch a show at the Lake Dillon Theatre Company. Some of our favorite restaurants include Mint Steakhouse, Eclectic Bar and Grill, Sauce on the Blue, Sunshine Cafe, Red Buffalo Coffee and; Tea, Nick-N-Willy’s Pizza, and so much more. There is so much fun to be had! We’re located a 1 ½ hour drive from the Denver Airport.
We appreciate our guests’ feedback and we recently purchased brand new comfortable mattresses as well as additional storage in November of 2022! We also have a snow plow company who will come out if we get more than 3” of snow at the property, but do want to make note to please be careful in the winter months and ensure you bring/wear non-slip footwear as there can be ice on steps and in the driveway.

** OUTSIDE SPACE** You’ll love enjoying the great outdoors in beautiful Colorado! We feature a deck with a grill and table/chairs surrounding a non-functional fire pit (portable fire pit with Summit County permit available when fires are allowed. Please check with us!). Please note there is no fence, our backyard opens onto the national forest with an extensive trail system. You may even spot some wildlife during your stay! Be sure to bring your best hiking boots, there is so much fun to be had.
** DETAILS TO NOTE ** -The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour. Press a combination on the door lock and you're in. -Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. -Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $3,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved. -Permit Number: STR22-N2-00018

Had a minor issue with the Wifi not working, but otherwise a really great property with excellent kitchen, plentiful bedrooms. Easy check-in, good management.

This was an annual friends ski trip and for the past 15 years we have been staying in the Silverthorne/Frisco area and really enjoyed the property. It easily accommodated 7 guys with plenty of room. My only issue was no spa for a post ski soak. Kind of a miss.

We had an absolutely lovely stay, and the management company was unbelievably responsive when we had an issue. They responded on Sunday night within 10 minutes to an email! Would highly recommend to anyone with large groups, and especially with children.

Stayed during spring break to ski Breckenridge. House in a great location near restaurants/stores and easy access to Breck. Initial stay was bumpy bc of a significant plumbing issue that apparently popped up as cleaning people were prepping home. Cleaning folks thought they had ir resolved but did not. However, once we realized it was still an issue the property manager was very proactive and communicative and had a plumber company out the next day (a Sun) to resolve it. House is very roomy for a large group. Fireplace is great. Kitchen adequately stocked. Very nice house for a ski resort stay and very helpful and responsive property manager if any needs arise.
