The lower level doesn't play second fiddle to the main floor with a secondary living space for playing pool and ping pong with plenty of additional space for lounging on the couch wathching TV. There are 3 bedrooms plus a den with 2 full baths on the lower level. A two car garage is also included for parking additional vehicles on snowy days.

The amenities are endless with something to do for everyone. There are flat panel TV's in the living room and rec room, wifi, pool table and ping pong, fenced in yard and is a stones throw to downtown Breckenridge. There is a game table in the Living room as well as 2 couches for lounging around the wood burning fireplace. The west facing deck allows for peak views of the 10 Mile Range and the private back deck hosts a large hot tub. The home has 2 driveways with ample off street parking and a 2 car garage.
The fully stocked kitchen was updated in August 2011 with new cabinetry, granite slab counters and appliances. The open floorplan between the kitchen-Living-dining areas allows for a great space for family gatherings. If you are looking for a comfortable place for a family gathering look no further.
Check in is at 3pm check out is at 10am, 50% of lodging total is due at time of reservation and the 2nd half is due 30 days prior to check in. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee, within 30 days the lodging fee is non-refundable. This is a NO smoking/NO pets home.
