Mountain Get-a-way

Owners were very pleasant and accessible for any questions. Some of my family arrived a little earlier than the rest and the owners told the cleaning crew to let them as they left. Everything was very clean and organized at the cabin. Beautiful view, quiet area. Cabin is in a perfect location to be near activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Great place to vacation with the family of all ages.

Great for families

The cabin itself was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need for an extended stay. It is only a short drive to pool, but a little ways out from shopping and dining. Overall a great place to stay and get away.

Amazing!

The whole point of our vacation was to “get away” and we did just that! The cabin was beautiful, the owners were phenomenal at communicating. Not far from the attractions but far enough from the hustle of everything. It was beautiful and we will be back!

Great getaway spot

My girlfriend and I booked this cabin for a little getaway on valentines weekend and it exceeded our expectations by a mile. Cabin is awesome, very clean and the amenities were fantastic. We enjoyed the hot tub and how spacious the house was. Just far enough away from town to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of traffic and close enough that going to dinner isnt a hassle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even got to see some snow flurries while we were there. Wojld book again and highly recommend.

the cabin overall was great and area very quite and felt safe the beds downstairs need new mattresses the beds upstairs were good I think that the window ac unit upstairs should be stronger it would start getting cooler in the late afternoon sleeping was comfortable the view of the lake was great but there needs to be a dock for swimming cause the walk to the pool area is not just over the hill and the resort needs more chairs at the pool and remove the broken ones but all in all the trip was good and hope to come back next year

Great location, beautiful cabin

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous! We were right across from the lake. Only negative things were that we had to walk through the woods to get to the lake (really no biggy for me and my family, but my girly-girl bff had a hard time). And the internet was spotty after it rained. Neither of which were by any fault of the owner. Just is what it is. It was a restful, wonderful trip. We saw all kinds of wildlife. We were close enough to town to get to places easy, but far enough away that we felt a million miles away from all the hustle and bustle. Owners were easy to reach and respectful of our time. Would absolutely go back and rent from them again!!!

Beware of Hot Tub

Unfortunately, our kids had to be treated for Folliculitis (a rash caused by an unclean hot tub) the day we checked out. I contacted the owner to let them know for the safety of future guests but was met with a pathetic reply that focused more on deflecting blame and a refusal to accept responsibility. Apparently, since the owner had never heard of such a diagnosis it does not exist. Rather, it must have been caused by the lake or pool that we DID NOT swim in or perhaps we failed to make our kids shower after they got out of the hot tub. Give me a break!
