About Twila Delaney

We are Wes and Twila Delaney. When we are not in Kona we live in Polson, Montana where we own and operate a full service garden center, greenhouse growing operation, and landscape design/build company. We LOVE the ocean, exploring outdoors, hiking, scuba diving, swimming and biking. After many years of visiting family and friends in Kona, we feel very blessed to be able to own our Hawaiian home. During our stays in vacation rentals we have seen a big difference in a condo that is lived in with pride by the owner and one that is for investment only. We are so proud of our new home and want to make it as comfortable, clean, and enjoyable as possible. We are excited to share our home with you, and will continue to upgrade and improve every year.

Why Twila Delaney chose Kailua-Kona

We stayed in Sea Village for our vacation several times, and it always stood out above other complexes. Location is superb in Kona with close proximity to shops, restaurants, beaches. Yet when you are in the condo or on the grounds/pool you feel very removed from the hub bub. It is quiet and relaxing, at the same time fun to visit and meet people at the pool.

What makes this condo unique

Sea Village is a close walk to town, farmers market, and beaches, but yet easy to get to from the airport. Sea Village amenities including the beautiful ocean front pool, hot tub, and grounds all make it so hanging out here is also very attractive. The complex is family friendly and we love watching the kids play in the pool and on the grounds. When 3206 came available it was like a dream come true. The view from the lanai is spectacular as you look out across the pool and courtyard to the ocean. You really feel like you are almost on top of the ocean. Our lanai is one of the most private in the complex without sacrificing view. We never run out of things to do close by.

We are well supplied with coolers, snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas. Note: as of fall of 2017 tennis court is no longer available. Beautiful public courts are located about 2 miles north of Sea Village on Kuakini.

Can't beat the Views !! 13-20 March 2018

Perfect condo with outstanding views. Oceanfront, beautiful sunsets, overlooking the courtyard and pool. 4 of us stayed for 1 week. Truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again. Condo was ideally situated within Sea Village and has all of the amenities that anyone could need for a perfect holiday. Condo is just like the Pictures, except the view of the ocean is much better in person. The pictures do not justify the views. Thanks Twila for your wonderful place...... Ed and Chantal.

Great place, great location

The place was an awesome property, so much so that we talked about booking it for next year already. The location is just a 4 minute bike ride from main downtown Kailua. Internet was fast, a little spotty at times but reliable enough to get intense internet work done over wifi. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic for the two couples. Only thing I wish the place had was air conditioning, otherwise it was perfect for us.

We had a great stay at Sea Village!

This was the first time for the majority of my family to Hawaii, and the Sea Village condo was a great home base for our time on the west side of the big island. My wife and three kids had plenty of space with the comfortable two beds and pull out couch in the living room and the two bathrooms. When we were not out exploring the beaches and snorkeling spots to the north and south, we were down at the waterfront pool. We were especially grateful for the small library of books about Hawaiian culture and wildlife as well as all of the beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel equipment). In the mornings we were treated to pods of spinner dolphins and in the evenings we enjoyed dinners on the lanai overlooking the ocean. The condo was clean, well furnished and included all of the cooking amenities of a modern home kitchen. If my kids were to make one improvement, it would be to upgrade the wifi network which barely crawled along when we tried to use it. Overall, thank you for a great stay at Sea Village!

We had the most amazing family vacation in Hawaii and I am not sure any other place can top the experiences we had. The condo enhanced our stay and it was good to come to a homey place at the end of a long adventurous place. The owner was prompt in her replies and very helpful. I give this place a top rating.

Clearly, this beautiful condo has pride of ownership. All amenities were top-of-the-line; they skimp on nothing. Lovely and comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath right on the ocean and close to all the activity of town. Very enjoyable week's stay. THANK YOU!
