Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. The condo is within walking distance to the Flora-Bama & the Flora-Bama Yacht Club. There is always something fun to do, including: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. This is your ideal vacation getaway.

Super nice condo. Loved being directly across from the elevator and trash chute :) Also the designated parking spot was convenient. The property itself was very well maintained. Pool was immaculate. Grilling area was kept very clean. Loved the grassy area adjacent to the pool/ grill area. Few short steps to the beach.

We enjoyed this nice condo for two weeks! The furnishings are very nice, the kitchen is well stocked and it has a nice beachy vibe. We definitely plan to return to this condo next spring!

Great location, quiet. Amenities were awesome. Pools are clean and never crowded. Bonus was an icemaker in wet bar area. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Lots of storage to stow away our beach gear and suitcases. Beds were comfortable. Was nice to have our own bathrooms, plus a 1/2 bath next to the kitchen. We would highly recommend this property.

We really loved staying at this condo!! This unit is gorgeous and the the owner really put a lot of thought into the decor. The view of the beach is amazing! Overall this unit is very clean however there was a dirty shirt from a previous guest in the bedroom. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there are extra blankets. Everything is just as it is listed & I highly recommend this property!!!

Our new favorite place

We’ve been staying at Regency Isle for about 14 years because we love the low-density, the location, and the extra spacious balconies. We have never been particular about which unit we rented, but that has changed now. Unit 307 is the most up-dated unit we’ve found here. It is beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished, and well-appointed. What a find! We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful condo!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo! The boardwalk to the beach is very short so it only takes a minute to get to the sand! The pool area is very large though the hot tub is small. The condo itself is well furnished with lots of seating in the living room- there is actually a large sectional which wasn't in the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and the balcony is very spacious and comfortable. The tile in the primary bathroom could be a little cleaner- but other than that the place was very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous condo

Spent the week with my family. Lovely condo. Large balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of items to make the stay more enjoyable. The pool was large and clean. My only cons are 1) hot tub needs a little maintenance to the jets and 2) sister complained of the bottom sheet on the king bed needing to be replaced as it had pilling but we flipped it over and no further complaints from her. Overall, the condo has become one of my favorites. I visit the Orange Beach area at least twice a year renting various condos and this is one is at the top of my list

Perfect location, wonderful space, and great balcony!

Stay was great! Only downfall, was the exterior construction on the building prevented us from using the outside pool and hot tub. Also, the scaffolding outside due to the work, was a nuisance a couple of mornings. I don’t recall receiving any sort of notification that maintenance would be occurring. But, we get it, a good condo will have routine maintenance. Overall, it wasn’t that big of a deal. The condo was spacious, clean and overall peaceful. We will be back!

Next time....

Everything was fine until we reealized the pool was closed. We had called and specifically asked before we booked this and we were told "the pool is open but not heated". This was a huge part of our decision to stay with you. You cant tell me no one knew the pool was going to be worked on. We should have been made aware or compensated for it. Neither happened.
