Our charming North Port home is decorated with guests in mind! House features modern finishes but warm and inviting furnishings. Located only 5-10 minutes away from restaurants and shopping and between 20 and 45 minutes away from several gorgeous beaches: Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key, Nakomis, Venice, Siesta Key. Also, 15 minutes away from Therapeutic Warm Mineral Spring.
Closest GYM Showcases body and strength is only 2 miles away, highly recommend.
Home showcases vaulted ceilings throughout the main area. There is 70" smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows.
As you walk through the front door, you will view the pocketed sliders that bring the Florida outdoors in. The view of the pool and backyard creates the ultimate Florida experience.
Spacious master bedroom with king bed, 55" Smart TV, walk-in closets, master suite, office area with desk, chair, and printer.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, 55" TV, closet and a dresser.
The third bedroom has 2 twin day beds, a closet , a dresser, and 43" smart TV.
Guest bath with bathtub and shower is located between 2nd and 3rd bedroom.
Separate laundry room with Samsung washer and dryer.
The kitchen is updated with QUARTZ counter tops and is fully stocked!

North Port is a city located in Sarasota County. It is located between two large cities in SW Florida, south of Sarasota and north from Fort Myers. Just minutes away from the rejuvenating Warm Mineral Springs, the vibrant Wellen Park downtown, CoolToday Park, and North Port Aquatic Center. Tucked beneath a thick oak and pine canopy, the City of North Port is rich with archeological history, beautiful natural springs, and more than 80 miles of freshwater canals. There are plenty of opportunities to play inside the City of North Port.
With more than 800 miles of local roadways, North Port is home to the Coastal Cruisers Bicycle Club, one of the largest in the Southwest Florida region. Adventurous canoeing and kayaking opportunities exist within the City's estimated 80 miles of freshwater canals, the Myakkahatchee Creek during the summer months, and the Myakka River. North Port is the only city in the state with an entire state forest inside its city limits, the Myakka State Forest. The City boasts several miles of horse trails, mountain bike trails, natural hiking paths, and bird watching opportunities.
