You are going to love staying in this beautiful 3 BR, 2 BA Port Charlotte home. Inside you will find a bright and welcoming open concept living space that leads to the screened-in pool area.

Heated pool in screened area and back yard fully enclosed with privacy fence. Pool is professionally serviced each week.
Beach chairs, floats, umbrella and pool toys available for your use.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooking basics, dishware and flatware. Plus, plastic ware for poolside.
Free wireless highspeed for streaming. Living room has 58” smart TV. Additional TVs in each bedroom.
Two bedrooms with queen beds and third bedroom with two twin beds. Primary on-suite bathroom also serves as Cabana bath. Laundry facilities available in home. All bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided for your use. All new LVP flooring throughout.
Gas grill and two bikes available inside garage.
Punta Gorda Airport only 20 minutes away. Golf courses nearby. Charlotte Harbor and Punta Gorda are only 10 minutes away. Many wonderful restaurants in the bay area. Tampa Bay Ray’s spring training stadium just 5 minutes away. Some of the best Gulf coast beaches within 35 minute drive.
