This home has everything you will need to make your trip to North Port an incredible one! This split floor plan home has a gorgeous master bedroom with an en suite that is well equipped with a walk in shower, separate tub, double vanity, and water closet. The master bedroom has a Thomas Kincade king size bed, a 32 inch HDTV, trey ceilings, and his and hers separate walk in closets.

You'll have a hard time distinguishing between the indoors and outdoors because the open floor plan has three sets of sliding doors that open onto the screened in lanai with a heated pool. The pool was installed in 2016 and features a grab bar for entering and exiting.

The lanai features an outdoor table, seating area, and private nook with chaise for reading and lying in the sun. A relaxing and inviting propane fire table adds to the evening ambiance of the outdoor space. There is even a half bath off of the lanai, which is an excellent feature if you have just gotten out of the pool and don't want to wait for your swimsuit to dry before going into the house.

Inside, you'll find a formal dining area that features a modern lightburst lighting feature on a dimmer and a breakfast nook off the kitchen that looks onto the lanai/pool. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, Kuerig coffee maker, KitchenAid stand mixer, an air fryer, and a Ninja blender. There are ample counter tops for you to prep wonderful meals and a double stainless steel sink and a brand new dishwasher for cleanup.

Outside the lanai is a patio with a grill for your convenience (please note: although there may be some propane left in the tank, you are responsible for filling the propane tank).

In the den, there is a 55" 4K television, writing desk, siting area, and electronic reclining leather sofa. In the great room, there is a 55" television, recliner, and reclining leather sofa. All televisions have DirectTV setup and the home is equipped with Comcast WiFi. The writing desk space also doubles as a laptop work corner with ethernet port, a black and white laser printer, and an external monitor (the monitor may be stored in the closet).

The second bedroom features a queen bedroom suite from Paula Deen, Universal Furniture. You'll love the memory foam mattress and giant closet.

The third bedroom has two twin beds and a medium to large size closet.

The home is also equipped with a new washer (no agitator) and dryer in the laundry room as well as a double car garage.

Pool floats are provided; and beach gear (chairs, umbrella, shark teeth sifter, etc.) are also available in the garage.

The home is equipped with Arlo, a wireless camera security system. Fields of vision are over the lanai/pool, over the grill, over the front walk, over the driveway, and over the side door of the garage. The owner will proactively be in touch with all tenants prior to their arrival and offers tenants a wide range of options related to the security system.
