The Space:
Our 1 bed 1 bath apartment is right in the heart of downtown Johnson City overlooking a breezy courtyard. We love being able to walk to the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, music venues, parks, shopping, and more! This is the perfect place to stay as you explore all that downtown JC has to offer!
The apartment is ideally located between Main Street and the downtown square parking lot. It overlooks a breezy patio courtyard, providing a relaxing atmosphere. There are restaurants, breweries, parks, and a new theatre just steps from the apartment. So fun! You can easily stop by the farmers' market, take a stroll through Founders Park, or swing by one of the many events in the evening. There is even a restaurant under the complex for easy access to brunch, dinner, and events!

Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a ton of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city.
The Neighborhood:
Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it! There is a restaurant underneath the complex that holds weekend events!

Since our place is in the heart of downtown, you'll definitely feel like you're close to everything! But of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!
PET INFORMATION:
While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.
