Going up to the second floor, you'll find the office, three other bedrooms, each with their own baths and the primary suite. The large primary bedroom has a fire place, balcony, dual vanity, free standing tub and a multi-valve shower. On the third floor, you'll find and open roof deck with a fire pit along with an enclosed den area and a covered lounge area with a fire place and TV. This Luxury beach resort has air conditioning and comes fully furnished including some beach cruisers, surfboards, beach chairs, a ping-pong table and more. Kitchen -

Thermador appliances, stainless steel cooking ware, espresso machine along with a regular coffer maker, and several other cooking items like Tupperware and serving dishes. Outside on the patio is a Traeger grill.

Bedrooms -

The primary suite has a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Each room has a down comforter and it own private bath.

Roof top deck -

The roof top deck has a poker table and a ping pong table along with a couch and a tv. The uncovered space has a fire pit with a small view of the water.

Garage -

There is a 220v for EV car charger along with 4 beach cruisers with baskets and two bike locks. Several boogies boards and surf boards are there for your enjoyment along with some backpack coolers and a beach caddy to bring some chairs or umbrellas.

Other items -

Beach towels and bath towels are included along with a "starter pack" of some paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, dish soap, trash bags and hand soap. I would recommend bringing any personal bathroom items or soap that you might want during your stay.
