Evacuation

We needed to evacuate due to the recent hurricane Milton. This beautiful condo on the beach with spectacular views on the beach and near the boardwalk was a perfect way for us to get our mind off our stress. Plus it was pet friendly!!

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay here! We are a family of 4 and had more than enough space with the 2 bedrooms and sofa bed. The room and entire facility was extremely clean, and located steps away from the beach. The room had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!

Walk to the beach is 1/2 block, very easy by side walk , 2 mins to reach the boardwalk!

The experience from the front desk both , Ricardo and Ashley are extremely friendly and helpful. The bellman Mr Roberto was also extremely pleasing and super attentive. Those employees really go the extra mile. The guys from valet all very helpful and very quick. However, I would hope the towel situation would be revisit because the towel pickup , going to 7 floor then walking down. Going in circle , especially when you have toddlers and guest with special needs. Then if you wanted to return and pick up towels at the pool for next day , ran of towel and the pool was still open. My recommendation is, if your drop off at the front desk then you should be able to pick up towels for next day or pick up in the morning from the front desk. . I am sure order guest find situation not to comfortable as well. Overall we had a very good experience. We had 1 apartments with one bedroom and 1 with two rooms. May this review help to continue building better guest experience!
