ADDITIONAL TERMS TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Reservations will be terminated before the designated date if the property is used for parties, other large gatherings, or any activities that violate rules and guidelines.

Management and the owners will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries to the guests.

Management and the owners will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings and/or valuables during your stay.

The minimum rental age is 25 years old.

We require a photocopy of the driver`s license or a valid government ID of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for booking.

No noise outside after 9 pm, please be respectful to our neighbors.

The penalty for smoking inside the apartment is $300.00

We pre-authorize $1000 on your credit card for the security deposit, which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.
