This was a beautiful property with plenty of space to hold our family of 10 nicely! The layout of the kitchen, family and living rooms was great and felt very spacious with the entire family together at one time. The secondary kitchen was great for additional storage. It was a quick couple minutes walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Not worth the hefty price tag

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental house is in a great location and the backyard is definitely the best part...that being said, the house itself needs some TLC.. The house had quite a musty smell, Many floor tiles throughout the house were cracked and broken, the bedding was poor quality and very minimal.Toilet paper holders and towel holders fell off the wall with first use. The backyard had an extrememly large amount of tiny ants all over pool deck as well as wasps that seemed to have been going in and out from the small cracks in the wall of the spa. While there was more than enough silverware, the house lacked other utensils like spatulas. there was also only one baking sheet. There was not one throw blanket in the whole house to use on the couch. The location to the beach was excellent and there were beach chairs in the garage for our use which was nice. Would stay here again if some updates were made and some care was put into the home,but for 10k a week, I feel like it should have been much nicer.
