"Beach Haven" offers full UNOBSTRUCTED gulf views from your large private balcony, as well as from your living/kitchen area!

Beautifully decorated and located on the 14th floor of the prestigious Emerald Beach Resort!

You will enjoy communicating directly with the Owner and avoid check-in lines. All access information will come directly from the Owner.

Our modern-beachy condo will be equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home! Featuring large 70โ€ Smart TV with sound bar in living room and 55โ€ Smart TV in the bedroom! USB ports, large ceiling fan in living room, and bedroom! comfortable beds and furnishings and a well stocked kitchen! The kitchen includes all white cabinets, granite and stainless appliances... has a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot. Equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Guests are given a *starter kit* that includes toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels.

*Beach towels are provided*

Four aluminum fold up beach chairs and 8x12 cooler with wheels are provided in the unit for your use!

Chairs available to rent downstairs as well!

This place was just what my husband and I needed for a getaway. The host set up this condo to be so welcoming, it was very clean and had everything you would need for a beach vacation. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the location is walking distance to great restaurants.

Beach Haven condo is beautiful! The host accurately describes it on VRBO. It is meticulously maintained. The view of the Gulf and beach below are breathtaking. It has wonderfully comfortable outdoor furniture which we really enjoyed. Items like beach chairs, rolling cooler, umbrella etc. are provided for your beach enjoyment.It is enjoyable to shower with good water pressure,instantly heated water and great towels.The bed was so comfortable topped with very nice bedding. I especially appreciated the quick response of the hosts to any questions we had and the instructions/ directions given were so helpful.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book Beach Haven on all future trips.

A Wonderful Condo

I just want to say that this is a beautiful condo and my girls and I really had a great time. We liked it so well that one of our days was spent mostly indoors. We don't have one negative thing to say about it and that's saying a lot since I'm very picky about where I stay.

This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location! As a plus, it's within walking distance of several of the local hang-outs. We only had to get in our car once the whole trip. The condo had everything we needed, and the 14th floor was perfect, just high enough. Jill was a gracious host with great communication! Even my husband loved the place and he's not easily impressed. ;) Thanks for a great vacation Jill!

We completely enjoyed our stay in PCB, and this condo was outstanding! Denise was great with communication, and gave us all of the info we could possibly need in a timely manner. The unit was very clean, and everything worked as it should. This resort was in a great spot on the beach, with several restaurants nearby. We enjoyed being right net to Sharky's and being able to walk there from the beach in the evening. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.

This was an amazing week at the beach. Even on rainy days we were able to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean from the balcony overlooking the beach. Walking distance to anything you need/want as well as a quick drive to shopping and other restaurants. So many extras in this unit-everything you need! Jill was excellent help throughout our stay and got quick information we requests a tropical storm was entering the gulf. Already talking to her about a future rental-best host experience weโ€™ve had!

Fabulous and Clean unit with Amazing views of the Gulf!!!!

A beautiful beach front unit on the 14th floor with a large balcony. The unit is well modernized but keeps a beach feel, which we loved. The unit was exceptionally clean and smelled very inviting. The owners were extremely informative about the property and were wonderful to work with. They had us our door and garage codes on time and the unit was ready ahead of the 4pm check-in time which allowed our family to enjoy the beach earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this unit for your vacation needs!!!

February Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The balcony was awesome. Saw stingrays, pelicans & dolphins. The weather was Beautiful!! The condo was just right for the 3 of us. Cannot say enough about the food, weather & stores. We had the greatest time at Mardi Gras at Pier Park. Lots of good food & fantastic music. The owners were very attentive to all of our needs!
