Amazing stay! Perfect condo for our family. We had plenty of room for everyone and everything was clean, nice and updated! Communication was amazing with our host and check in was a breeze. Will definitely come back and book again!

We had a great time over Labor Day weekend! The unit was clean, beds comfortable, and our host was very easy to get in touch with. The staff at Splash were all very nice and easy to deal with. My 2 year old son LOVED the pools, water slides and big bucket, and of course the beach. It’s always nice when the beach chairs are included as well! We had a great vacation.

Fabulous as always. This was our second time with this property loved the updates and host was excellent with communication. Highly recommend can’t wait to come back. Washer and dryer on property was extremely helpful kids loved the late nights at the Splash park. Can’t recommend this host and property enough

The room was great! I loved that this resort had food options on site, felt like you didn’t even need to leave. Only thing I wish I knew was that when you get your chairs for the first time you are assigned those the whole week, we would’ve grabbed chairs first thing in the morning. Overall though trip was !

This stay was booked last minute. It was absolutely amazing! The host was great to work with and very responsive. The pools were great! Water was a little cold but we swam anyways. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and we would book again!

This is our second time coming and we had a ball. Room is clean and comfortable. Pull out couch was really comfy compared to most. Our only small complaints are the elevators. Felt like there were several times when we had to wait a good bit.

Such a great condo with a great location! At the end of the strip so that you are away from the crowds, but still close to Pier Park and a lot of other activities. Condo was very clean and kitchen was supplied well. Will definitely be back again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! Words honestly can’t describe how wonderful our experience was. The condo was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we could have possibly needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The location was perfect, the views were amazing, and everything about the property exceeded our expectations.The host was absolutely wonderful as well—very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. You can tell they truly care about their guests and want you to enjoy your stay. Everything was exactly as described, if not even better in person.Our family had such an incredible time here and made memories that we will always cherish. We were honestly sad when it was time to leave! This was one of those vacations where everything just came together perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely come back again and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, family-friendly place to stay. Definitely a 10/10 experience and worth every penny!

Beautiful, clean condo with a wonderful view!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was exactly as listed. Everything was clean and well kept and the owners were very responsive to any inquiries. We have been coming to this resort for the last 10 years and this was one of our favorite units. We will definitely book again!

It was a beautiful condo and comfortable enough for my family of 4. The resort was very entertaining, my kids loved the pools and splash zone. The only negative thing, and it has nothing to do with the condo itself, are the elevators.

Good Stay

The VRBO was nice. Check-in was smooth. The two line chairs and beach umbrella took it over the top. The host was good at checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay. One detractor was that the internet was out for a day.

Property Manager great communication with property manager got back with me ASAP with any questions. Property has everything we needed and having washer/dryer in condo was extremely nice. Kids did splash park every evening. Property was nice and clean would definitely book again.

This is one of the nicest units we have been in at Splash! We just loved it. The kitchen is fully stocked, everything was clean comfortable. We love the snack shop, bar, and pools. The included beach chairs are just wonderful. You don't have to do anything and can just enjoy yourself here! Tim was wonderful. He is quick to respond and make sure you have a wonderful stay! Splash is also conveniently located with many stores and restaurants close by and you can't beat the view.

Fantastic rental

My daughter and I came here for the first time and stayed 5 nights for spring break. The owner, Tim was very responsive and made himself available for anything we might have needed . The condo was exactly as listed! Clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view is AMAZING and being able to watch the sunset every night from the balcony was great. The condo is located just steps from the elevator which was very convenient . We will definitely stay here again !

Spring Break!

My family and I loved this property. The view is amazing, very nice, clean, and cozy condo. Just as pictured. Everything you need is on this properties grounds. Good food, drinks, and the ice cream shop is a bonus. We enjoyed that comfort treat every night. Chair service was excellent and the pools were a hit when they got tired of the beach. The host was amazing and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway in Panama City Beach!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo in Panama City Beach! The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
