Bright Cozy Apt in the heart of Margaretville Village features a queen-sized bed in the cozy sleeping loft, the couches open to a twin size as well.
The vaulted ceilings give the Apt. a roomy feel, you can cook in and watch your favorite streaming channels on wifi, or go for a stroll out to dinner. We are within walking distance to all the amenities, hiking, fishing, antiques, shopping, cafes and more. We are close to Skiing, Fishing, Hiking, Wedding Venues and all the Catskills have to offer.

Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. My only complaint (and that is because I am elderly) is the stairs in the suite. The were really steep and narrow and a sturdy hand rail on both sides would surely have been welcome. It might be a good thing to make a note in the description about those stairs. If I were 10 years younger I probably wouldn't say anything about them!

Perfect place at the right price to stay if skiing local. 12 min from bellayre. Grocery store, liquor store, deli, cvs all in walking distance.

Great location, cozy apartment!

Margaretville is perfectly located between the two ski mountains I planned to snowboard this weekend! The apartment itself was cozy, had everything we needed, and was very easy to access. Loved the bed in the loft. Plenty of great food and drink spots within a couple miles of downtown as well, and I wish I could have tried them all! Thoroughly enjoyed my weekend in Margaretville and surrounding areas, and the stay in the apartment was extremely pleasant and relaxing!

Clean, comfortable, and great location

The apt. was, cozy, bright and very clean. All amenities were there. Just bring your clothes. Great location for shopping, house of worship, and eateries.

Decided to do a getaway weekend for our anniversary. It was perfect for the two of us. Loved the little town. Apartment was clean and by anything you could need was walking distance. Would recommend for sure:)

Very quiet stay

The checking in and was part was very smooth, all information was clearly communicated. The place was very clean, nice and cozy. I want to applaud the soundproofing of the apartment!! as we were getting inside the apartment, we heard the neighbors kid (crying extremely loudly) but once we got into the apartment we could not hear a thing. A lot of great restaurants around and hiking trails and lakes and rivers. We really enjoy our stay and will definitely be revisiting!

Overall a great place to stay, just didn't love having to do a rental agreement for the property and having to do an extremely large deposit for the stay is a big deterrent to coming back here. But the sleep loft and kitchen were awesome, very cute.

Ski Trip Getaway

We had a great time staying at this apartment in town. We skied at Bellayre and Windham and it was convenient to both mountains. The town was quaint and we walked to dinner and the grocery store. We will stay there again next year!

Superb Stay

First, Sue the property manager is great. Regular and clear communication and very friendly. Second, the location was great and clean. All the amenities are exactly as listed and it had all the comforts you would need. I was very happy with this choice. Would 100% stay and highly recommend!

Secret Apt Getaway

Susan did a amazing job making the apartment feel like a cozy, warm, tiny secret in a mountain town getaway! We enjoyed staying in the apartment and town for a weekend trip, but we could easily have stayed for much longer. The expansive views over main street add to the comfortable atmosphere inside the apartment. Definitely would return!

In the Middle of it All

The apartment has everything you need within walking distance... grocery, drug store, diner and an amazing restaurant in the back of the property. The apartment appears to have been recently renovated so everything looks new. The most amazing part is the property manager. Sue thought about everything from the time we checked-in until the morning we checked in.

Cute One Bed in the heart of Margaretvilla

Susan was very kind, responsive and accommodating before, during and after our stay. We appreciated the close proximity to the village of Margaretville, shops, supermarkets and hiking trails. The place was clean and well-appointed, and free municipal parking was definitely a plus! Thanks so much for a great stay!

This is a Unique property that sits on the Binnekill Stream in the Heart of Margaretville Village, it has a mix of apartments and retail spaces. The apartments are perfect for a Getaway in the Catskills or for those that don't want or need an entire house rental and still want more than a motel, The apartments are cozy, and clean and I enjoy making my guests feel welcome.

The Apartments are located in the Village of Margaretville just on the edge of the Forever Wild Catskills Park with 700,000 acres of land for you to explore. We are close to two ski mountains, Bellaryre and Plattekill Mountains with Windham and Hunter about 45 minutes away, We are centrally located to hiking, fishing, hunting, shopping, restaurants, cafes, wedding venues, and all that the Beautiful Catskills has to offer.

You can even come to stay with us and not need a car, you can walk to all the basic amenities, hiking trails and the river are a short walk away and the Trailways bus drops you off a mile away!
