Beautiful property

The location of the condo was perfect. The unit was set nicely. Oversized couch & dinning table. Bathrooms were stocked of bath towels & the balcony was breathtaking. Only some hiccups but nothing that altered our stay there. Some of the little things were that the floors didn't seemed mopped. Theres a gated entrance & our parking pass wouldn't work so it was a bit of a pain driving in from anywhere. Overall i would definitely book this place again. My kids loved the full sized mattress bunk beds which were super sturdy which i loved!

Vacation

Perfect place to stay with a beautiful ocean view and steps away from the ocean. This condo was located on the 12th floor with quick elevators and carts to easily haul luggage. Plenty of room for all guests to sleep with 2 bathrooms. Huge living room/kitchen and laundry was a plus. Would recommend and consider booking another stay here!

So bad do not go here

There isnt enough space to tell u how bad this place was. Its filthy, unsafe, & no one cared. Overflowing sinks and tubs no smoke detectors sand and hair everywhere. Broken elevators-12 flights of stairs with children was real fun! Seriously, so not go here. It cost at least 1,000.00 more than any where we have ever stayed and it was the worst place we have been

Wonderful place to stay!

Family trip and everything in this unit was great! The grounds are less than desired but they are doing renovations. The unit itself was beautiful! We had a lot of room, everything worked and I am very glad we stayed here.

Bachelorette stay

Beautiful condo with huge windows and amazing views! Even more spacious in person than in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we ran into was with the condo security who wouldn’t let the group check in without me being there since my name was on the reservation. Even when offering to send my license and give permission. Otherwise amazing stay.

The location was breathtaking! The views were majestic! The decor was beautiful and inviting. The sofa and beds were like sitting/sleeping on clouds. The property managers were very responsive during stay. The noise from construction was very minimal and did not disrupt our peace. The property description was accurate! Loved this property! Bachelorette Trip!

I booked this rental for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was fabulous! There were 11 of us staying and we had more than enough space. The property was way bigger than the pictures made it look. The view of the beach was to die for! 10/10!

Incorrect Description of property

I booked this condo in March. We were told there was some light construction but would be completed by April. Our reservation was in June. I received a call as we are in the car driving the day we check in that the (light) construction was still going on and we wouldn't be able to use the balcony. I was very disappointed because the whole reason I booked this property is to be ON the beach with a balcony. It was too late we were on the way--- but had I known the ACTUAL construction that was going on I would have cancelled the reservation. This property shouldn't have been rented. We arrived at the building, and it was 50% boarded up, I really thought it was abandoned--construction everywhere. It was like a demolition zone. Construction workers were on our balcony every morning at 7am-- even though it was stated in paperwork we received later they were not to start until 9am. The TV in living room never worked. The pool was in the parking lot not by our building. We had a flat tire from the nails all over the parking lot. And for the price we paid--this definitely wasn't worth it.
