Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project, which includes work on all balconies and walkways throughout the property. Renovations are taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We have blocked off units that are directly affected, but some guests may still experience occasional floor grinding noise and light dust as the work progresses.
Project Updates:
* Balconies ending in 01 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 19.
* Balconies ending in 02 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 14.
* Floors 2 and 3 are closed and scheduled to reopen by February 28.
* The penthouse (PH) floor is tentatively scheduled for resurfacing from November 26–December 4, 2026. Light construction noise and dust may be present during this time.
* Roof work is tentatively scheduled from April through July 2026. While no major disruptions are expected, the timeline may shift due to weather conditions.

Located on the six-floor of the Sterling Shores Beach Resort, this exquisite condo offers spectacular views of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico from the oceanfront balcony, the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Inside, you'll find a modern living space with beachy touches everywhere. The full, well-equipped kitchen features all the major appliances and all the counter space you need to whip up a feast – or just a snack for the beach. Dine together at the table for four or keep it casual and pull up a barstool at the breakfast bar.
When it's time to head out, you and your guests can dive into the onsite lagoon and oasis-styled pools, work up a sweat in the well-equipped fitness room, utilize the shared grills, or grab a few munchies from the seasonal snack shack near the pool. After a day of fun, you'll appreciate the central AC while you relax on the sofa. Watch some TV or check your social media accounts before calling it a night.
THINGS TO KNOW
A queen sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. Elevators are available in the building. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
