Place was great. Was very clean and spacious. We had a great time. Was close to downtown. Only thing we could of used more dishware and servingware that's all. But overall would stay here again.

The house was exactly like the descriptions. It was a lovely house. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. It was close to downtown. Will definitely stay there again.

I’ll begin with the positives. The house was beautiful and the furniture and decorations were very tasteful. The pictures on the VRBO site were accurate. We have stayed at 25+ VRBO properties so we are very familiar with what should and shouldn’t happen. These are the negatives that affected our rating and our stay. #1 We we’re not given the code to enter the property until we were at the door even though it was after the 3PM checkin and I had been in contact with the owner as to our quickly approaching arrival. #2 This house was a 4 BR with each bedroom having a TV which was one of our reasons for choosing this property. Problem was that one of the TV remotes was missing. Response from owner was “The remote for that room is missing. Waiting for replacement delivery” That is definitely not acceptable. #3 Amenities listed include “washer & dryer”, but when we wanted to do laundry, we couldn’t find the washer & dryer(many doors were locked which normally isn’t an issue). When contacting owner, he responded that “washer & dryer only available on stays of 7 days or more”. Our stay was 3 days over the New Year’s Eve holidays and NEVER, NEVER in all of our many VRBO stays from 2 days to 3 weeks stays have we EVER been restricted from the washer & dryer. St Augustine is a beach experience so of course, you would have laundry!! Completely unacceptable!!! Owner also responded that “we should have stayed longer”?!?! #4 Property listed as close proximity to St George Street and St Augustine activities. The house was a 30+ drive from St George Street no matter what route we choose. I thought that we were going to be able to walk there?!?! #5 Very poor response times from owner; some not until the following day. Phone number listed on site was constantly busy and unable to get a hold of. Because if all these unacceptable negatives, we would not rent this property again and would not recommend it to anyone. Of all of our VRBO properties, thus is the ONLY negative review I have ever given.

Loved this place

Amazing place to stay! Pictures dont do justice on how nice it is. Super clean and comfy about 10 minutes away from everything! The place had everything you could need and more! Would definitely stay again.
