This sweet home has parking and a spacious, fenced private back patio. The house is cozy in size but mighty in awesome with a projector TV, comfy queen, AC, full kitchen and bath, and laundry.
Close to everything Long Beach has to offer, it is one mile from the ocean, minutes to the 710 Freeway and Pacific Coast Highway, a 5 minute ride to downtown or Alamitos Beach, 15 minutes from Belmont Shore, and 6 blocks to the Blue line train to LA.
