Bungalow on Goodyear Lake.
Lake access is directly across the street and only a few hundred yards away. Sleeps 6 (queen bedroom, twin bunk bed room, and queen sleeper sofa in living room). Kayaks, canoe, fishing poles and tackle boxes available. Smack dab between Oneonta and Cooperstown. Entire house complete renovated in winter of 2021/2022. Interior has all new pine boards, appliances, etc. Fully stocked kitchen with 36” gas range.

Cooperstown Cabin

Rustic, serene cabin with easy access to Goodyear Lake across the street. Stayed with family during our son's week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Easy commute to fields. Enjoyed the lake, fishing and meeting neighbors while staying at the house. Appreciated on site laundry, A/C, wifi, TV and equipment for outdoor activities. Friendly and responsive host.

We had a great time at this little cabin. The owner was great and very responsive when I reached out to him for questions before our trip and then twice on our trip. Great location. We will be back!

Cooperstown Stay

We stayed at this property while my son played at Cooperstown. We were able to enjoy the canoe and kayaks a few times throughout the week. This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Peaceful house on the lake!

Beautiful and quiet retreat on Goodyear Lake, perfectly sized for our family of 4. Great for a week of baseball, 20 minutes from All Star Village and Dreams Park. Kyle was a great host and always available for questions!

Awesome place

Our family stayed here for a family reunion that was about 10 miles from this really cool home. EVERYTHING you need is there for your use !! The kayaks were a blast to take out onto the lake. Thanks for everything 😊

Great stay for Cooperstown

We stayed the week for Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was a great stay with awesome access to the lake and a short 5-10 min drive to dreamspark for the baseball games. House was clean and well upkept. We used the kayaks and canoe on the lake to fish and play. And had fun fire pit for s'mores at night.

Stayed here for son’s baseball

Location was 18 mins from dreams park. Communication with the owner could not have been been better. He was very attentive and quick to respond, helpful with suggestions for the area. Cabin is adorable!

Lake House

This home was the perfect place for my family to stay. My son played ball in Cooperstown and the house was a short drive into town. The cabin has a canoe with vests and rods for some great fishing on the lake during down time. It was great! We would definitely come back :)

Little Blue House

We loved the relaxing location away from the baseball field. This was perfect for our older son to fish, boat and kayak. Unfortunately the weather and schedule didn't give us time for a fire but its all there for your family to love. Great little get away. P.S. The oven is new...open the windows when cooking :)

Great Host, House needs improvement

Unfortunately, this property was the most disappointing part of our trip. While the host was very communicative and responsive—which I truly appreciated—the home itself fell far short of expectations.From the moment we arrived, there was a strong odor of cedar mixed with mildew throughout the house, which never went away. But the bigger issue was a severe ant infestation. Large black ants were crawling on the walls, across the floors in every room, and even inside the microwave. We ended up purchasing ant traps ourselves just to make the situation tolerable, and while the host kindly offered to reimburse us, no one wants to spend vacation time dealing with pests in their rental.Another major disappointment was the lake access. Although the listing made it seem like easy access was available, it turned out to be quite difficult to reach the water from the property. When we attempted to use a nearby HOA access point, a neighbor actually yelled at us for being too close to her house. This made the “lakefront” aspect of the stay stressful rather than enjoyable.Ultimately, we decided to check out a day early because we simply couldn’t handle staying another night. While I appreciated the host’s communication, the overall experience with the property itself was extremely poor.

I am so sorry to read this terrible review. This is our family vacation home, and we renovated it ourselves to install pine boards for the walls and ceilings. We like the way it smells- like a lake cabin in the woods- which is what the house is. I am sorry you encountered ants. I know when food gets left out on counters and tables, it attracts them. I am also sorry the neighbor yelled at you. I don’t have control of that, but might ask someone to respect my property as well if someone came onto my lawn to fish. I did not leave you, as I might have a few years, and intend to bank that as some good karma.

Overall the place was very cute and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the living room area- it was very comfortable with a large TV. The beds were comfortable.

Excellent Property!

The house is in a great location. It was only 20 minutes from All Star Village where my son was playing. The Lake was beautiful. We enjoyed our nights around the fire pit. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating. I would definitely rent it again.
