Great Stay

Everything was redone and very clean. We stayed in this place before with the old owners and it is 100 times better now that it was. We really enjoyed it and hope to go again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and welcoming. The pool was cleaned once a week, every week. All the bedding was clean and updated. All the supplies that we needed were also there.

Legoland Spot

We stayed here when our family went to Legoland and it was great. Property was nice and perfect for our kids. Themed bedrooms are the way to go.

Early Spring Getaway

We Arrived for a week of swimming and relaxation. The home was clean and welcoming! We were so exhausted and found a heated pool to enjoy our first evening. The Kingsize bed was so comfortable, the on-suite bath was clean and bright! The whole home was just as VRBO advertised! Well-appointed furniture and plenty of kitchen equipment to prepare some delicious food! The property Manager and Owner were quick to answer our inquiries. I would rent this property again!

Mariner Cay Month

We had a marvellous March at Maria’s Mariner Cay home. Maria herself was a gracious and welcoming host. The house and the pool were ideal and grocery shopping was super convenient. We very much appreciated her efforts to ensure we had a great experience. It worked! As well, Marilu and Kevin, the property managers, provided outstanding service. Great house, location and host!

The house was nice and had mostly everything we needed. The only thing missing was the crib. The listing indicated there was a crib in one of the bedrooms but it was not put together. If you need a crib when renting this house just be sure to ask ahead of time. But I was impressed with all the kitchen utensils provided. Everything we needed to cook was there. Lots of plates, glasses and bowls too. There was some noisy neighbors that were partying a bit late. But we could only hear them when we were sitting by the pool. The location was good for our Legoland trip and there were grocery stores right outside the neighborhood. The host was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We only had one small issue with the smoke alarm that was beeping when we got there. The host replied quickly and was looking into the situation. But we decided to just buy the batteries for it so she wouldn’t have to worry about sending someone over. Other than this unpredictable incident, everything went smoothly. We had a great time!

Vacation

On a positive note this was a great spot. We had communication with the host the first day but then the second day i called she didn't pick up, i left a message and she never called back so now im leaving what i wanted to tell her on the phone on here. The pool ended up being ok after first arriving it didn't look too good but after skimming it we were able to get in it. The king size bed was awesome. They had all the kitchen appliances needed. My kids loved their Frozen and Batman themed bedrooms. Now the negatives. The downstairs bathroom didn't work well (didn't flush) so everyone had to always go upstairs to use the bathroom. This property has wasp nest (hives)! Two of them by the front door entrance. Someone came by and said he killed it before we got there and the nest was just there. But they were all still alive flying around the hive. So yea, the running in and out was kind of annoying. I am scared of wasp and scared to be bit as are my kids. I'm sure on the ring camera whoever was watching got a kick out of me looking up and running everytime i left that house. If i could attach pics i would. So maybe get rid of those before renting again. Besides those issues, we had a lovely time inside the house.

Last Minute Family Vaca

Our family booked this beautiful home last min for spring break. The home was perfect and the Host was the best. The house was nice and clean very spacious beautifully decorated and the pool was perfect. The Host was so helpful and understanding, I am so happy we chose this home. I am hoping I can reserve this home on our next trip. 100000% recommended!!!!!!
