A bright and airy 4 bed 3 bath pool home with modern furnishings.
A comfortable family room, great for enjoying family movie nights on the wide screen tv, or just relaxing and catching up on the day's activities. Patio doors out to the pool deck.
Formal dining with seating for 4. Additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. American refrigerator, cooker/stove, microwave and dishwasher.
Full washer and dryer for guest convenience.
4 Bedrooms -
Master King suite with en-suite bathroom comprising of a walk-in shower, vanity and WC.
Guest Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom comprising of a combo tub/shower, vanity and WC.
Two Twin bedrooms both with two twin beds (singles) in each room.
Tv's in all bedrooms.
Family bathroom comprising of a combo tub/shower, vanity and WC.
Games room for family fun.
Large pool deck with patio furniture for alfresco dining or just relaxing by the pool.
