Great week

The house and location were perfect. We had a great time. There were a few that things that need attention that come from normal wear and tear. I am all ready going through the booking process for next year. We had a family group and everyone agreed the house was a winner.

This property is average. The location is great. The access to the beach is great. It had most of what we needed to accommodate our family. The reason for my three star review...The house was in dire need of repairs and updating. The Ice makers were frozen over and needed defrosting upon arrival to use. Most Tp holders were loose or falling off along with several curtain rods. Most windows wouldn't stay open by themselves to let fresh air in and the painting needs refreshed, big time (handprints on everything!) and all HVAC vents were dusty. No big deal. We just looked the other way. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, although the comforters are not changed or cleaned, so dog hair was found on my son's bed and pillow shams and he refused to sleep in a "dog bed". We were able to do laundry and everyone had adequate space but there weren't enough utensils for the size of our party. We had to get plastic backups. There were three coffee pots. So that was good. I guess. The listing did not include the scheduled pool closing for the weekend we were there. That was only disclosed when we got our check in instructions. We were sweating that but we didn't really get pool weather anyway and the last couple days of the trip were the best so we ended up enjoying the beach and not needing it anyway. Our family includes several contractors and house flippers so we might have been a bit more critical. In all, it was fine but, there's no place like home.

A little deceiving

The house was very clean and nice. The pictures are a little deceiving as the house is quiet dated. It was a great stay on the ocean and again very clean.
