Our mountain home in beautiful BlueSky Breckenridge has every possible amenity you can wish for! The building has a big heated pool, three huge outdoor hot tubs adjacent to the pool, a fully equipped fitness center, a children's game room, a guest/owner lounge, a guest services desk with concierge services, several computer workstations, a steam room, on-call shuttle around town, and a private locker room adjacent to the slopes with boot warmers and overnight indoor storage of skis. There is even a chair lift on site! Our guests benefit from the luxurious spa to attend to your every wish, a Vail Resorts ticket office, and the convenient and accommodating professionals in the Charter Sports Ski Shop all of which are located two levels below our unit, and immediately adjacent to the skier plaza. The heated indoor parking is on our level, and the assigned space a short walk to our front door. You'll only use one elevator during your visit to access building amenities, and you'll be as convenient and close to the ski lift and ski-in access as possible.

The corner master suite is among the biggest in the two-bedroom units, and has plenty of room to relax in style and comfort. In 2013, we added a new Simmons Beautyrest Comforpedic Seabrook (all foam) King Bed. The 2nd bedroom can be arranged as two twin beds or one King bed, and the mattresses are new as of the summer of 2015. This makes our home especially attractive for a friends staying together, for families whose children don't wish to share a bed, or for two adult couples who'd both appreciate the comfort of 'King' accommodations. All the finishes and furnishings are top of the line including granite countertops, warm wood floors, and Knotty Alder Trimwork throughout. A new 47", wall mounted HDTV was recently added to living area.

About Dana Eriksson

We are the proud parents of three adult children. Our oldest son who works in medical sales recently bought his first home, is getting married later this year, and lives in the north suburbs of Chicago. Our daughter is a high school teacher and lives with her husband in the same community where we live. Lastly, our youngest son is an aerospace engineer as well as a flight instructor, and he lives and works in Oregon. My husband is the President of a consulting civil engineering, traffic engineering, and landscape design firm with several offices in the Chicago area. I manage our household, a small investment office building, and our two Bluesky mountain homes. We love to travel, enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, and spending time with family.

Why Dana Eriksson chose Northwest

Our family had been taking week-long skiing trips to Colorado for many years. Although we stayed in beautiful resort accommodations all over the state, we always kept being drawn back to the Town of Breckenridge. It's a mountain town with historic character, outstanding dining opportunities, and a ski resort that can keep everyone in our family happy for many days at a time. Its easy proximity to the other nearby mountain resorts makes it even more desirable, as we love taking day trips to Beaver Creek, Vail, Copper, Arapahoe Basin and Keystone. It's so easy to catch an early morning flight out of Chicago and be skiing by 10:30 AM - and we do that as often as possible!

What makes this condo unique

Our mountain home with its special ski in/out location and easy walk down to town spoils us every time we visit. We awake in the morning and enjoy gazing out at the beautiful mountains from our bed in the master bedroom. Because our home is a top floor corner unit, we have a cathedral ceiling in the living area, excellent views, and cooling breezes from two sides during the summer months. During the spring ski season, we enjoy sitting on our balcony overlooking the skier plaza adjacent to the chair lift, relaxing and enjoying the 'blue sky.'. We've stocked it with only the best furnishings, housewares, and linens, as well as robes for your use while using the pool and spa area, and virtually anything else you may need. Our place has been a dream come true...

What an epic 10-day vacation we have had! We have hiked & biked countless miles, seen moose (& squirrel) on several occasions, and celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary in style. The view of sunrise and sunsets over the mountains from the porch are incredible. The baked goods from Clint's are wonderful. Just hanging out in town was a blast. We are so grateful to have experienced all that Breckenridge has to offer in the summer! How do you ever leave?

Great place for ski-in/ski-out at Breckenridge!

To get as terrific a condo in such a location is almost unheard-of! Our family of four loved staying at Blue Sky. If you rent at Charter Sports, it's incredibly easy to grab your skis, poles, and boots and head up a few short steps to the lift. We would recommend returning via Four O'Clock instead of the Snowflake trail -- a lot less catwalking! As for the condo, it had everything we needed: comfortable living room for hanging out and watching TV, beds that were appropriately-sized, cookware that got us through 4 breakfasts and lunches (and we even cooked two of our four nights), WiFi that worked! We would gladly return to this location!

Everything in one place

Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, game room, Charter Sports ski rentals (just down stairs), and most of all the skiing at Breck (also just outside). 302 has every amenity you could want. The convenience, comfort, and car free access to Breck made for a memorable family vacation. We would love to come back again someday.

Lovely vacation property!

We visited Breck for a summer vacation with our 2 boys 10 & 13. We were looking for a home base with all the amenities that was within walking distance to town. We have stayed at many mountain condos and this unit exceeded our expectations! It is so well-appointed, clean and has everything you could need. The facilities/location of BlueSky allowed the perfect mix of relaxing, fishing, hiking and an easy walk to shopping/restaurants. Dana and Glen were terrific to work with and I hope we have the opportunity to return!

Blue Sky Luxurious ski-in/ski-out; Highly Recommend!

We stayed for Spring Break 2015, and wanted a quick get away with the kids.

We have skied CO and wanted to check out Brek and due to limited time, wanted a skiin/skiout. What a treat! Great location great service, and nice owners!

The condo was great, amenities were amazing especially if you have kids (kids game room), pool and 3 large hot tubs with view to the mountain and steam room and spa.

Another big plus was rental gear, right at condo by the lift. You don't realize how much time and hassle it saves, and with renter discount you get basically the same price as somewhere else.

If you buy your food on your way to the condo, you have no need to leave or get back into your car till you leave (very nice). Private free shuttle to take you to the village at night.

Best part is lift outside the ski rental, and an end of one of the runs is across the street.

The key to Break, (we discovered) is stay on peaks 8-6 as the one day we skied peak 9 it was crazy busy with long lines. That was the beauty of the lift outside the condo, it takes you to peak 8 away from the beginners.

The condo is priced as ski-in/ski-out as it is. But totally worth it! The difference between a ski trip and a luxurious ski vacation. You get what you pay for.

Wonderful property

Our family had a wonderful time on a spring break ski trip. The unit was perfect. This property is so conveniently located with the snow flake lift just outside the door. It allows true ski in ski out without having the crowds and activity associated with being at the base of one of the peaks. Felt very private and quiet while at the same time having direct access to Peak 8.

Great View, Good Location

Our family of 4 had a fantastic trip. The condo was probably our favorite part. It was comfortable, stocked with everything we needed, and luxurious. We were able to relax and enjoy the private balcony view - or be active and swim at the on-site pool. It's just a quick walk to get to the hub of activity on Main Street but it was always nice to be able to retreat to the condo to escape the crowds. The only downside was that we wanted to keep the windows open in the evening to enjoy the fresh mountain air, but the shuttle buses were very loud. All in all, though, we had a terrific stay at this luxurious condo.
